La cordialita` alla reception e di tutto il personale.

Cons:

La camera. Comodini, armadio e tavolino senza cassetti. Il bagno, pur essendoci la parete adiacente alla doccia per la posa di un appendino per le tovaglie da bagno inesistente. Le pulizie in camera lasciano molto a desiderare. Il cambio degli asciugamani, l'ultimo sostituito con una tovaglia da bagno per due. Le tovaglie da bidet sostituite con tovaglie da viso. Nella sala da pranzo aria condizionata a 18 gradi, da gelare, gli ultimi giorni, dopo tante insistenze e` stato regolato a 22 gradi. Due giorni prina della partenza inizio di bronchite.

Posizione ottima rispetto al mare e vicino ad altri servizi (tabacchino, farmacia, supermercato,...)
I membri dello staff sono stati cordiali e accoglienti, rispondendo alle nostre richieste prontamente
Soprattutto i ragazzi più giovani si sono dimostrati oltre le nostre aspettative

Cons:

La pulizia non era ottima, ma rispetto alle stelle dell'hotel, non potevamo pretendere di meglio, così come la cucina della pensione

Das Hotel muß renoviert werden.Wer nicht allzu große Ansprüche hat kann dort übernachten.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Badezimmer muß unbedingt renoviert werden!!!!! Sockelleisten lösen sich von der Wand.Kühlschrank und Steckdosen funktionieren erst nach einstecken der Karte.Geputzt wurde nur sporadisch.

Vicinanza al mare, ai ristoranti e alla passeggiata serale.
Camera spaziosa.

Cons:

Bagno un po' vecchiotto come tutto l'hotel ma funzionale.
Le pulizie della stanza sono presenti, ma in alcuni punti bisognerebbe prestare più attenzione...

Struttura pulita , mangiare stupendo e personale super efficiente

Cons:

Piccola pecca essendo in 5 avremmo preferito un balcone in camera per poter asciugare meglio le nostre cose, ma visto il periodo e il numero di ospiti va benissimo lo stesso

Esperienza positiva. Personale, struttura e servizio ristorazione ottimi!
Pros:

Personale davvero gentile e disponibile, colazione e pranzi/cene ottimi.
Letto e cuscini molto comodi!
Possibilità di parcheggio compresa nel prezzo ottima!

Cons:

Qualche appoggio in più in bagno non sarebbe male, ma nel complesso esperienza davvero ottima.
Dal personale, alla struttura, al servizio ristorazione.
Ritorneremo!

Schönes Hotel mit leichten Einschränkungen
Pros:

- Lage (Zimmer 412 ruhig, trotz Nähe zur Strandpromenade)
- viele Restaurants im Umfeld und Strand fussläufig erreichbar
- gutes Frühstück, wenn auch nicht sehr abwechslungsreich
- sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal (zB. Ilias)
- gepflegte Außenanlagen

Cons:

- Überfüllter Parkplatz, schlecht nutzbar
- Zimmer 412: Klimaanlage kam nicht unter 26 Grad, Badtür schleift massiv (selbst repariert), Schranktüren klemmen, Blick von Balkon auf Rückseite des Hotels äußerst unschön
- Zimmer 302: Balkontür defekt
- Balkonbeleuchtung nicht abschaltbar
- Billardtisch nur eingeschränkt nutzbar (Queue, Tuch und Taschen stark abgenutzt bis defekt)

Pros:

A fost excelent -un hotel elegant la 5 min de plaja cu un meniu select (a-la carte .)
Servirea foarte buna .Curățenie foarte buna , camera renovata de curănd era elegantă( la etajul 3)
Personalul foarte atent si amabil
Plaja cu nisip fin ,curata si intretinută -umbrela si șezlongurile se plătesc
Ne-a plăcut foarte mult si stațiunea care este intr-o zonă superbă cu munți ,o stațiune cochetă (am avut un sejur de 9 nopți )
