Super resort and hotel. Close to all amenities. Bravo. 👏
Pros:

Excellent place to stay. Very close to town. Lovely clean room and good shower. Sandra the lady on reception and at breakfast was brilliant and helpful. Would stay again.

Pros:

A wonderful, family-run hltel located right in between the city center and the beach with a short wall to each. Lovely, kind staff and delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed our stay.

К сожалению, проживание оставило крайне неприятное впечатление. Владелица Сандра общалась очень грубо и недружелюбно, из-за чего вместо отдыха возникло чувство дискомфорта. Такое отношение к гостям считаю неприемлемым. Другой персонал был дружелюбным.
Сам отель очень старый, состояние мебели и интерьера не соответствует ожиданиям и фотографиям. За такую стоимость ожидалось гораздо более достойное качество проживания. Отсутствие интернета. Не работающий телевизор. Душевая кабинка рассчитана на карликов: очень маленькая и узкая.
Я сама как владелица туристического и гостиничного бизнеса, больше не выберу этот отель и не буду рекомендовать его другим путешественникам и партнёрам.

L'emplacement- l'accueil familial- le parking. Le petit port a proximité .
La sympathie efface les petits inconvénients.

Cons:

True Italian hospitality experience
Pros:

A very lovely hotel! Definitely would give more than one star. Everyone was very friendly and accommondating. They will try to meet all your expectations and even go beyond. You can experience true Italian hospitality here.
The rooms were big enough, with lot of natural light and also very clean. Enjoyed the lovely view of the Garda Lake.
Breakast was continental and tasty. I recommend the homemade pastries, they were amazing.
We also had lunch here, can also recommend.
I wanna thank Sandra and others for making our vacation so relaxing.

Gerne wieder, tolle Unterkunft für einen Roadtripp.
Pros:

Es handelt sich hier um eine Unterkunft für flexibel Reisende. Schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, ev. “abgewohnt”. Der riesige Pluspunkt ist die Familie, die diese Unterkunft betreut. Absolut nette Leute, immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer - so wie wir - diese Art zu Reisen schätzt, ist hier goldrichtig. Parkplatz vor der Haustüre, 30 m zum See, 10 Minuten zum Badeplatz, 10 Minuten zur Altstadt (beides zu Fuß).

Cons:

Gab nichts zu meckern, war wie beschrieben.

Come a casa…
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo. La cordialità e la gentilezza qui fanno davvero casa: tutto il personale ci ha accolti sempre con il sorriso, facendoci sentire benvenuti fin dal primo momento.

La struttura è curata, gli ambienti sono puliti e l’atmosfera è rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a tutto lo staff per la disponibilità e l’attenzione verso gli ospiti.

È uno di quei posti in cui si ha davvero piacere di tornare. Lo consiglio senza alcun dubbio a chi cerca non solo un buon albergo, ma anche un’accoglienza calorosa e autentica.

Cons:

Se proprio devo trovare un piccolo aspetto da migliorare, direi solo un po’ più di attenzione ai rumori durante le pulizie del mattino. Per il resto è stato tutto impeccabile e il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole.
