Familiär geführter Betrieb mit Restaurant.
Inhaber und Personal sind sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich.

personale eccezionalmente cortese, colazione buona, l'unico neo per me la doccia molto piccola. la struttura è datata per cui lo si sa prima di andare. Di fronte al lago a due passi dalla camminata centrale. Facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione

Cons:

A 3 napos kerèkpáros túrànk utolsó napjàt tettèk tönkre. Előtte 2 másik szálláson profin fel voltak készülve a kerékpáros turizmusra, tárolásra , e-bike töltésre. Itt egy poros lomtárat javasoltak erre, illetve hogy cipeljük fel az e-bikeot a szobába és töltsük ott. A sima orszàgútit inkább az autóban hagytuk , a lomtárba nem mertük betenni éjszakára. Másnap délelőtt egy lemerült akkumulátorú kerékpárt találtunk, a töltés megkezdése után kihúztàk a töltőt. Így sajnos az aznapra tervezett túrát ki kellett hagynunk , és inkább elindultunk haza. Minősíthetetlen hangnemben beszéltek velem , amikor kijelentkeztem, a kellemetlenségekért semmiféle felelősséget nem vállaltak , és a nem létező akkumulátor töltésért külön díjat számoltak fel. A probléma nem azzal volt, hogy a kerékpáros turistákra abszolut nincsenek felkészülve egy kerékpáros paradicsomban , hanem a stílussal és a rendezés módjával. A minimum az lett volna , hogy elnézést kérnek , és felajánlanak egy másik elektromos kerékpárt , esetleg állják a bérlés költségeit. Ehelyett amikor közöltem , hogy 10 percre van szükségünk a csomagjaink összepakolàsára és a szoba elhagyására (túl voltunk a check out időn , hiszen 1 napot mèg maradni terveztünk , utána vettük észre a problémát a kerékpárral) , a tulajdonos hölgy ordítva mondta , hogy most azonnal költözzünk ki.
Kiábrándító , senkinek sem ajánljuk, összehasonlítva az előző 2 Garda-tavi szállással , ahol profi volt minden , ez egy rémálom volt.

Pros:

Le personnel est super gentil, à l’écoute des besoins. L’emplacement est top, pas loin du centre mais au calme avec vue sur le lac. Petit déjeuner très bon avec des gâteaux maison tous les matins.

Cons:

Douche étroite pour des grandes personnes.

Pros:

Staff were lovely and were very informative of things to do and see in the area. Free buffet breakfast and coffee in the morning. Fantastic location right on lake Garda. If we come back to Italy, we will stay here.
