Great location. Facilities and hotel rundown.
Pros:

Great location 10/10. Would recommend upgrade to sea view room.

Cons:

Hotel is very tired and so are all the furnishings. Towels were near on thread bare. Staff not overly friendly or helpful. Overall pretty good value for money.

Budget-Friendly with Clean Basics
Pros:

The room was cheap and the linen was clean. Breakfast was also included in the price.

Cons:

You get what you pay for here. The bed squeaked constantly and the bathroom had mold. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good.

Suited us for its location
Pros:

Great location right on the beach. Restaurant on the beach. Bell boy staff was lovely and friendly. All other reception staff were rude. Undercover car parking was good

Cons:

The property is old and dated. Furniture in the room worn and damaged. Damage and dodgy repairs in the room. TV did not work.

Great location
Pros:

Location is perfect for walking street market & temple walk. Excellent staff, breakfast buffet was great with great choices with the perfect view. Pool was fleshing & clean with chairs & sun loungers available. Morning markets just outside front lobby area, 7-11 shops within walking distance.
Air-conditioning worked, beds comfortable, shower great pressure.

Cons:

A little dated and could do with a paint (bathroom doors) but really there's nothing to complain about.
Tip: spend the extra money for a balcony room at the front of hotel for the waterfront views!

Good view, very local, not bad breakfasts good value
Pros:

Not touristy in the area, right on the beach with a good view from a pool ( or if you book a sea view room). Reception Staff were nice and the cleaning lady for the ground floor and the basement was so kind and friendly. Breakfast was not bad for the price.

Cons:

Dated, not modern type. Pool area always had some guy teaching swimming lesson to a lot of kids. On many occasions, it was really hard to enjoy the pool with all the noise, splashes and the large number of them in there. The pool was actually the main reason we booked there, so it was very disappointing for this problem.

Lovely hotel in wonderful location
Pros:

The friendly staff. Location. The view is fantastic. we booked a sea view, for the 1st night of 4, but was allowed to stay in that room with a little added payment. Breakfast is adequate. The linen was clean and housekeeping done daily. The pool was a blessing.

Cons:

The bed was hard and lumpy. To climb into the bath to shower can be a risk for older people like us. The bathroom door looked tacky with waterdamage. As well as the basin and bath as the grout was missing and the toilet seat shifted around and was of the cheapest plastic. All wooden furniture in the room needed tlc. It's a fantastic location but the rooms need a serious upgrade.
