Největším zklamáním pro nás byl poměr ceny a nabízeného standardu. Ubytování bylo čisté a udržované, nicméně cena je podle našeho názoru výrazně nadsazená. Jedná se o jedno z nejdražších ubytování v Hradišti, nabízeným vybavením a celkovým komfortem tomu však zdaleka neodpovídá. Celkové pojetí interiéru v nás místy vyvolávalo spíše dojem internátu než hotelu této cenové kategorie. Navíc celou noc protékala toaleta, což personál při našem odjezdu ani nepřekvapilo. Za požadovanou cenu jsme očekávali podstatně vyšší standard

Cons:

The room was quite modestly equipped (no bottle of water offered, no hotel slippers, no sewing kit, … only basic shower gel and handsoap).
The glass for toothbrushes in the bathroom was dirty.
The room was not cleaned each day and towels were not changed.

The most unpleasant surprise came at the breakfast which was served until 9:30. The choice was rather poor and an employee started to add some food just before closing. She brought a new plate with fresh crêpes at about 9:28. When we served ourselves with the crêpes that she just brought, she came to us (at about 9:32) upset and said in a very arrogant manner that the breakfast is served only until 9:30 and now it is finished. She concluded her “lesson” asking two times if it is clear to us. This way of communicating with guests was very rude and for a four star hotel absolutely unacceptable.

Cons:

Objednala jsem si pokoj v hotelu Mariánský Dvůr, dle fotky vypadal zcela jinak. Dostali jsme pokoj v přízemí malý a temný a domnívám se , že patřil k vedlejšímu hotelu Pension U žáby.

Pros:

Krásné ubytování v zahradě, spousty rostlin, příjemné. Možná nějaké zvuky z kuchyně, ale za nás normální provoz a příjemné místo. Syn to ještě nezažil, samé velké hotely a nejdřív se trošku bál :-) A pak se mu tam nesmírně líbilo. Pokoj čistý, prakticky zařízený, jako malý byt, útulný a v zeleni. Velmi příjemná zkušenost...

Cons:

U čaje na snídani, je lehce unavený citron oba dny, jinak velmi dobré, každý se najde, co potřebuje.... Snídaně v pěkné jídelně a plně dostačující.....
