A beautiful place!
Pros:

I booked a room during the wildfire blocking the valley. The staff was adorable and really helpful, can’t praise them enough !!

Je retourne à Pralognan, je fais une réservation à cet hôtel

Le personnel de l’établissement, l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté de l’hôtel, le petit déjeuner, le restaurant

Cons:

L’hôtel est génial
Les chambres « standard » en revanche sombres et mal insonorisées
On en a pas souffert au vu du temps beau pendant notre séjour, on a profité de l’extérieur et du temps ensoleillé

Pros:

Bien situé au coeur du village. Chambre confortable. Le spa super. La cuisine excellente. Du personnel au top soucieux de bien faire.

Cons:

J aurais juste aimé avoir une chambre avec balcon. La nôtre donnait sur le bois derrière et n avait pas trop de lumière.

Hôtel charmant avec une vue magnifique, un excellent petit-déjeuner et, par-dessus tout, des gérants adorables qui nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont aidés bien au-delà de nos attentes. Un grand merci !

Excellent emplacement, personnel très sympathique

Cons:

Rapport qualité/prix décevant avec une chambre petite et sombre, avec vue sur l'arrière de l'établissement. Forte odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain. Réception fermée entre 12h et 16h, impossible donc d'y laisser ses bagages en arrivant, c'est dommage.

Pros:

Quel accueil sympa en arrivant dans ce superbe hôtel ! Le propriétaire de l'établissement est venu nous saluer et nous aider à porter les valises. L'hôtel est très joli, un mélange de bois chaleureux et de moderne. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, la vue sur les montagnes nous met de bonne humeur. L'emplacement est bien. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner est bien garni de produits locaux.
C'est certain l'année prochaine nous y retournerons et plus longtemps !!!

Cons:

Peu de place dans le parking devant l'hôtel.
