Pros:

Ein wunderschönes Hotel in herrlicher Lage mit einem traumhaften Panoramablick auf die Berge. Besonders schön ist es, morgens beim Frühstück zu sitzen und dabei diese wunderbare Aussicht zu genießen.
Das gesamte Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und sehr wohl.
Auch das Restaurant kann ich nur empfehlen: sehr leckere, hausgemachte italienische Küche, mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Alles, was wir probiert haben, hat hervorragend geschmeckt.
Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team, das mit seiner Herzlichkeit eine so angenehme und besondere Atmosphäre schafft. Gerade wenn man auf der Durchreise ist, ist dieses Hotel ein wunderbarer Ort, um eine Pause einzulegen und vielleicht nur eine Nacht zu bleiben – und trotzdem das Gefühl zu haben, einen kleinen Urlaub in den Bergen erlebt zu haben.
Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

le petit dej est sympa, par contre le diner au restaurent pas très intéressant. la chambre est sympa. la piscine pendant l'été est un vrai plus

Super nett, familiär, tolles Essen. Schöne Anlage, nur unser Bad war wirklich grenzwertig.
Pros:

Zuallererst die Freundlichkeit des Personals.
Sehr zuvorkommend, sehr Serviceorientiert.
Die Lage Nahe Bozen ist gut.
Die Anlage ist sehr schön und individuell gestaltet.
Netter kleiner Aussenpool.
Sehr leckeres Essen im eigenen Restaurant (Hotel Rotwand, direkt nebenan auf dem gleichen Gelände).
Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Unser Bad war winzig, vor allem die Dusche.
Für „kräftige“ Menschen gefühlt nicht möglich hier zu duschen. Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.
Das Zimmer war auch nicht gerade riesig, für eine vierköpfige Familie für zwei Nächte völlig ausreichend, würde ich aber nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt buchen.
Unser Fehler: Wir wussten, dass das Zimmer keine Klimaanlage hat und es war zu dem Zeitpunkt im August tagsüber 33 Grad, Nachts nicht viel weniger. Aufgrund Mücken konnten wir Nachts die Fenster leider nicht aufreißen, da kein Moskitoschutz.
Es gab jedoch einen Ventilator.
War aber unser Fehler, nächstes Mal buche ich im Sommer mit Klimaanlage.

Personale molto gentile. Piscina all’aperto. Colazione varia.

Cons:

La piscina era piccola e quando sono arrivata era invasa da bambini. I giorni successivi non sono riuscita a utilizzarla perché ha piovuto tutto il tempo. La camera era senza condizionatore e areazione. Faceva molto caldo e per abbassare la temperatura avrei dovuto aprire le finestre che erano senza zanzariere e fuori c’erano zanzare. I letti avevano i piumoni. Sono morta di caldo di notte. Il bagno molto bello e pulito, ma senza bidet.
A cena ho ordinato le pappardelle con i funghi ed erano salatissime. Ho scoperto per puro caso l’ultimo giorno al momento del check-out che l’albergo faceva gratuitamente una card con cui prendere tutti i mezzi regionali, cosa nel mio caso molto utile dato che ho preso funivie e trenini, solo perché ne hanno parlato ad una coppia che stava facendo il check-in. Dovrebbero proattivamente dirlo a tutti.

Pros:

Although small, the swimming pool was very useful during our visit amidst a heatwave. The breakfast offered a good selection.

Cons:

The dinner options were limited. Specifically for our son, they should offer children's menus. We didn't believe we'd need air conditioning, so we didn't check online when reserving, but there was no A/C, and it was excessively warm during our visit, the fan provided was extremely noisy. The room was also too cramped for our group of four, and the toilets were extremely small.

ottimo albergo con staff a gestione famigliare gentilissimo e disponibile. Comodissimo il ristorante il albergo e bellissima la vista. La colazione in terrazza è stata molto apprezzata e le camere sono grandi e il bagno spazioso.

Mit viel Herz und Charme geführtes Haus
Pros:

Extrem freundliche und sehr herzliche Familie.
Personal durchwegs zuvorkommend und bemüht.
Wir haben sehr gut gegessen (Frühstück und Abendessen) und alle unsere Wünsche wurden erfüllt.
Ruhige Lage!
Absolutes Highlight ist der schöne Pool mit gemütlichen Liegen und Sitzsäcken.

Macht weiter so!!!!!!

Cons:

Zimmer sehr warm, trotz praktischer Rollos - aber ist halt so ... haben natürlich lieber schönes Wetter als kaltes!
