L'environnement global

Cons:

L'accueil porte fermée a l'arrivée, attente de 5-10 min devant la porte d'entrée après un long voyage sans se sentir bienvenue, entrée par une porte dérobée sur le côté, les possibilités de parking se garer sur un parking public a plusieurs dizaines de mètres de l'hôtel, la restauration une volonté de se restaurer au restaurant gastronomique mais l'accueil froid et le manque d'implication sur l'accueil ne nous a pas donné envie de rester et l'impossibilité de dîner en extérieur avec présence de bruit à l'intérieur du restaurant et chaleur étouffante.

Het restaurant bij het hotel was goed tot erg goed.
Het hotel zelf was minder.
Het was italiaanse sjiek van lang geleden.
Alles was oud maar op zich in orde.
De airco op de kamer was een pluspunt.

Cons:

De bar was niet bemand, ook niet in de avonduren.

Alles in allem würden wir wieder kommen. Es was ein netter Aufenthalt

Gute Lage, es war sauber, sehr nettes Personal

Cons:

Wir hatten vier Zimmer. Alle gut. Aber bitte nicht Zimmer 2 nehmen. Das Bett ist bretthart. Unbeschreiblich! Wir haben gefühlt auf einer USB Platte geschlafen.

L'addetta mi ha proposto un sacchetto con frutta e un dolce che avrei trovato all'ingresso ma quando sono scesa per lasciare la chiave il sacchetto non c'era e la persona che stava preparando la colazione non aveva istruzioni
