A haven in the mountains
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful. I was on a cycling holiday and had been delayed by bad weather but they stayed on to to check me in and kept the kitchen open to provide me with a delicious cooked meal. Also, they thoughtfully put my wet weather gear, socks, gloves and shoes in their drying room for the night. Delicious evening meal, great breakfast.

Very friendly and welcoming. Stunning views.

Cons:

The route from the station is steep. There is a footpath which doesn't appear on Google maps and runs behind the cable car station on the opposite side from the station. That is no criticism of the hotel but rather of Google. However, future pedestrian customers should be aware as I found myself walking up the side of a motorway on the first evening. It is a much more straightforward route once you have your bearings.

Gerne und mit Freuden wieder
Pros:

Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Besonders gefreut hat mich, dass das Frühstück extra früher vorbereitet wurde, da ich zur regulären Frühstückszeit bereits abreisen musste. Auch die Parksituation war völlig unkompliziert – es standen ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas älter, was für mich persönlich jedoch keinerlei Nachteil darstellt. Viel wichtiger war für mich, dass alles sehr sauber und gepflegt war, und das wurde absolut erfüllt.

Ich habe hervorragend geschlafen, was mir bei einem Aufenthalt besonders wichtig ist. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und deshalb direkt zwei weitere Aufenthalte reserviert. Ich freue mich schon darauf, wiederzukommen.
