Authentique et plein de saveur
Pros:

Authentique et tout à fait dans le thème du centre de Besse, avec de belles maisons anciennes en pierre pleines de charme.
Les hôtes, qui sont aux commandes depuis 3 générations sont adorables et plein de bons conseils pour les visites et activités dans la région.
La cuisine est remarquable, avec une mise en valeur très réussie des produits locaux comme la salers, l’omble chevalier et la truffe.

We liked the welcome, quality of ingredients and the character of the building.

Cons:

Ideally I'd have liked a shower holder - this had bath with a handset that you held to rinse. It's a dated arrangement but fine for one night.

Le charme de l’ancien, la proximité du village médiéval (superbe), l’accueil avec les propriétaires, le souris d’agneau succulent avec un super plateau des fromages locaux! Très bon petit déjeuner.
