Assolutamente da consigliare
Pros:

Diciamo che potrei riassumere in uno stringato BENISSIMO ma non renderebbe giustizia alla famiglia che gestisce l'hotel.
Veramente attenti oltre lo standard alla qualita' di tutto quello che offrono. Ho apprezzato ogni singolo dettaglio a cominciare dai meno evidenti... La cura per la cucina sino al dettaglio della scelta biologia e vegetariana degli alimenti, la scelta ove possibile di prodotti che valorizzino il territorio, la camera, molto ampia ed accogliente con un balcone superlativo con vista sulla vallata, persino l'acqua che usciva dai rubinetti era eccezionale, non scherzo, pari ad acqua minerale di un notevole gusto organolettico, migliore di tante in commercio e che lasciando scorrere un po' esce piu' fredda del frigorifero cosa per me fondamentale.
La stessa acqua utilizzata per il sanitario ovvero per la doccia... sensazione unica in cui tutta la pelle si abbevera, fateci caso se andate. Tutti i componenti della famiglia ogniuno con un proprio ruolo nella gestione dell'hotel, affabili empatici e gentili ma mai invadenti. Abbiamo partecipato anche ad un piccolo evento che ogni domenica organizzano in hotel, cena con aperitivo e una piccola spiegazione dei prodotti proposti. ASSOLUTAMENTE DA CONSIGLIARE

Personale cortesissimo, cibo buono e abbondante!
Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo, anche se sono arrivata in hotel tardi e la cena era già iniziata non hanno messo fretta né sono stati sgarbati, e per tutto il tempo sono stati gentili e disponibili.

Cons:

Non mi viene in mente niente.

Pros:

La posizione defilata e fuori dalle rotte del turismo di massa garantisce relax e tranquillità. Servizio attento, cordiale e puntuale. Cucina al di sopra di ogni aspettativa. Chef moderno, preciso nelle idee degli accostamenti, fuori dagli schemi, ma sempre bilanciato.

La cura e l'attenzione verso le piccole cose mi ha fatto capire quando ci tengono a far sentire l'ospite a suo agio. stanze ben insonorizzate, servizi carini, ottima cucina con attenzione ai prodotti (tutti deliziosi e biologici). C'è anche una bella Spa.

Once you try you never be the same
Pros:

Food: we have enjoyed every meal starting from breakfast with new cakes every day, fresh bread and the possibility to have freshly cooked eggs and speck and cheese. Dinners were also prompted cooked and every day different with new ideas. Every recipe and ingredients were very special and original.
Host: The hosts is a family of parents and both son and Daughter. We have to spend only nice words for them, especially to the mother. They were always ready to help you with every need with a nice smile. Excellent!
Cleanliness: the room has been cleaned every day and the room but also the common areas were shining in splendour.
Camera view: perfect view on the mountains
Location: the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and this is creating a autenthic atmosphere. Close to the ski centre of Passo Giovo and 15 close to San Leonardo.

Cons:

Location: The only downside (if really we need to improve something) is the location. The hotel is far away from a main city center. But if we need to be honest, this is also good if you are looking for relax
