Čistý a krásný hotel. Vybavení působilo elegantním, čistým a přírodním dojmem. Personál byl velmi ochotný a příjemný.

Cons:

Na samotném ubytování nelze nic vytknout. Bohužel nás zklamala snídaně a večeře. U snídaní klasický výběr u kterého nám ale chybělo více sladkého pečiva. Vánočka, která se podávala byla oschlá, moučník suchý. Člověk měl zkrátka dojem, že se vše kupuje v marketu. Doposud jsme meli ubytování v klasických pensionech u místních, kteří měli vždy vynikající lokální a domácí výrobky, proto se nám zdáli snídaně bohužel slabší.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück und Abendessen waren ausgezeichnet. Im Zimmer was es sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das Zimmer unter dem Dach ist dann doch relativ warm geworden bei 34°C Außentemperatur und aus Mangel an Klimaanlage konnte es auch nicht wirklich gekühlt werden.
Unser Zimmer hatte die Dusche unter der Dachschräge und das war so nieder, dass ich mit dem Kopf an der Decke angestoßen bin, sollte man ev. bei der Buchung schon erwähnen bei diesem Zimmer.

Ruhige Lage

Cons:

Der Kühlschrank war kaputt; uns wurde erst am letzten Tag mitgeteilt, dass ein neuer bestellt wurde.
Die Gästekarte wurde uns erst nach Nachfrage ausgestellt.
Einmal gab es keine Handtücher im Zimmer.

Struttura confortevole recentemente rinnovata, personale cordiale e disponibile, ottima colazione con molta scelta, buona la posizione vicino al Passo Stalle dove in questi giorni di gran caldo fa bello fresco.

Alles super. Freundliches Personal, immer auf die Zufriedenheit der Gäste bedacht. Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr sauber leckeres Essen alles wunderbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
