Important information:

- The building has 2 floors and no elevator.
- Our check-in is from 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm and in case of delay in your trip you must inform us at +34 619 308 936.
- The hotel features a virtual reception and 24-hour telephone support in Spanish and English.
- The rooms do not have TVs, the hotel has tablets available which can be requested the day before your arrival.
- The hotel does not have a restaurant or breakfast service, however, being located in the city center you can find cafes very close (100m) with all types of breakfast.
- On-site Parking is available for an additional fee (10€ per day) and advance booking is required as spaces are limited.
- No pets allowed.
- Children of any age are welcome, children aged 3 and over pay the same rate as adults, the hotel has cots for children aged 0-2 (5€/cot per day) and extra folding beds for children aged 3-15 (15€/bed per day), subject to availability and room type.

El edificio y la ubicación

El personal fantasma, no me abría la aplicación para acceder al enlace y nadie me entendió en persona, pese a estar pagado se negaron a abrirme, me colgaron el teléfono y tuve que llamar a la policía para poder hacer uso de un servicio ya pagado. Aparte veníamos cargados con maletas, cansados, y nos tuvieron una hora al sol sin que nadie saliera al portal. Aparte nos pidieron varias veces fotos del DNI, cuando está prohibido que se queden con fotos de mi documento de identidad. El personal es de lo peor que he conocido en mi vida, groseros, mal educador y unos completos incompetentes

Maison d'hôte sans hôte ! Très bien pour découvrir le village mais manque de chaleur humaine

très belle maison proche du monastère et au coeur du village. Une terrasse très agréable .

Cons:

La procédure d'accueil. Cette maison d'hôte mériterait un service d'accueil autre qu'une plateforme téléphonique. Cela gâche la qualité de la prestation.

Beautiful romantic hotel, no reception, very clean

Cons:

The check in process is messy : it’s a chat with someone on WhatsApp but they are rather unhelpful and don’t always answer questions with precision

Nowhere to leave bag

The shower was a plastic cabin but it was ok. The toilet didn’t flush properly.

La situación es buena. La limpieza está muy bien. Puedes regular el aire acondicionado completamente. Las dimensiones hacen que no haya mucho trajín de gente dentro del hotel.

Cons:

No entiendo la puntuación tan alta de este alojamiento. La comunicación con el hotel es directamente por whatsapp, que lo mismo te envían un mensaje a las nueve de la mañana que pasadas las doce de la noche. El hotel tiene lo justo; por no tener ni te dejan dos rollos de papel higiénico. El aislamiento acústico dentro del hotel inexistente. Ya la ducha tiene una presión que es básicamente la mitad de lo que sería una ducha normal. La almohada extremadamente fina para cualquier persona.
Sólo lo recomendaría como última opción si no hay nada más o si solo te importa el precio.

Estupenda ubicación para visitar el Monasterio del Escorial
Pros:

Ubicación excelente para visitar a pie el Monasterio del Escorial. También está cerca de la zona con más ambiente de cafeterías y bares de la zona. No hicimos uso del aparcamiento del hotel pero había aparcamiento gratuito cerca para dejar el coche el fin de semana. Nos gustó poder usar la terracita de nuestra habitación.

Cons:

Lo que menos nos gustó fue el aislamiento acústico de la habitación en la planta superior, que tenía las paredes de madera. Teníamos pared con pared una pareja con un bebé y se le escuchaba llorar por la noche.
