Rather clean, special requests (such as stay extension) easy to arrange. Was able to order room service. Stuff present late at night. Great location.

Cons:

Wi-Fi internet not working 90% of the time. Extremely noisy stuff in the hallways, even at night (had to issue a warning). Hard, caved-in bed. Chemical fragrances with strong smells (usually used for toilets) all over the room. Some of the reception stuff completely ignorant / not interested in their guests needs.
