Pros:

Words can’t describe how good this place was the host go the extra mile to make memorable stay, guests get 10% off family restaurant 200 metre walk, breakfast was 10/10 better then 5 star restaurant, fee wine pasta tasting 3-5 each day, a little present 🎁 for each person when we checked out.
The host went over & beyond made it one of the best places I have ever stayed

Lovely staff great location and really cute breakfast, also loved the upstairs area with the swing and sea view.
Staff also very lovely and let us use the shower up there after check out, will be returning 😊

Ein sympathisches Hotel mit erstklassigem Frühstück, herzlichem Personal und guter Strandlage
Pros:

Das Frühstück war schlichtweg hervorragend — hier merkt man, dass wirklich Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Die Lage ist ideal: Monterosso hat den größten und schönsten Strand der Cinque Terre, alles ist gut erreichbar. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind funktional und sauber. Besonders positiv aufgefallen: kostenloses Wasser zum Auffüllen an der Rezeption — eine kleine aber sehr angenehme Geste. Und zum Abschied gab es noch ein kleines Souvenir als Erinnerung. Das hat uns sehr gefreut!

Cons:

Der Aufzug ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und für größeres Gepäck eher eng. Das Parkhaus liegt nicht direkt beim Hotel und ist preislich nicht gerade günstig — wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte das im Vorfeld einplanen.

Amazing location, amazing staff, loved every day here
Pros:

6 nights here for our honeymoon. Excellent location, quiet but close to everything, amazing staff that were friendly courteous and attentive, the breakfast in the lemon garden was amazing every morning. Spacious room, great air conditioning when it was hot outside, even a patio with the room I didn’t expect. Pesto tasting at the restaurant next door , ate there 2X as well is was phenomenal. Would stay here again
