Pros:

The owner of the hotel is greedy women. She has no respect other than women. Definitely she is highly unprofessional.

Cons:

The Baath rooms were unhygienic. The doors were destroyed.

Pros:

Location of property is good.

Cons:

Entire room was not good to stay. TV not working. Toilet Flush is in brocken condition.
Room is suffocating due to small space.

Don't Go
Pros:

I like only the location which is very near to MP NAGAR circle.

Cons:

No cleaning, Geyser was not working, AC was not working.
They charged me 500₹ extra while checking and the reason was that you came early.

I feel that you can check in before 12 PM that's what I did so they asked me to check in on Extalty same time else pay extra money.
