Nice location but not good to sleep
Pros:

The environment is incredible, and the peaceful setting is fantastic. The pool area is beautiful and exceptionally clean. The dinner setup is lovely; however, the food itself is a little disappointing for an Italian kitchen.

Cons:

We stayed in room number 3. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit seemed too small for the size of the room. Even after having it on for several hours, the upper floor did not cool down. As a result, we had to bring the mattresses downstairs so that our children could sleep on the floor next to our bed.
The soundproofing was also quite poor. Until around 3 a.m., we could hear crates of glass bottles being moved and noises from the neighbouring room, including the toilet flushing and the shower running. It felt as though the neighbours were in the same room with us.
There were also no pool towels available, and we were asked to use the white bath towels instead. I requested additional pillows twice, but unfortunately they never arrived.
The surroundings and overall environment are very beautiful and peaceful, but the room itself was not comfortable for our family. Breakfast was quite basic, and surprisingly there was no toaster. On a positive note, the lady serving breakfast was very kind and genuinely tried her best to make us happy.

Pros:

Erg rustige ligging op landgoed met olijven en druiven. Heel vriendelijke bediening. Goed ontbijt en avondeten.

Ja, die Tenuta Orsane hat uns sehr gut gefallen - die Betreuung durch Ramona war einfach toll! Frühstück alles frisch gemacht und immer persönlich am Tisch reserviert. Sehr gutes Brot, Kuchen, Wurst, Käse, etc. Kaffee im frisch nach Wunsch.

Die Lage in den Felder nördlich von Marina di Ginosa ist sehr gut, ca. 8 km zum Strand. Matera, Taranto, Alta Mura, Policoro, etc. in ca. 1 Stunde über Landstraßen zurreichen.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr schön hergerichtet - der große Pool im Garten ist toll.

Die Terrasse auf der jeden Abend frische regionale Küche auf hohem Niveau geboten wird ist beeindruckend - 2 Personen mit je 2 Gängen und einer Flasche Wein, Wasser, Kaffee ca. 90 Euro. Auch als wir an einem Abend nur zu zweit waren wurden wir bekocht. Hier profitiert man von den Veranstaltungen die eine solche Küche möglich machen.

Ein Platz "tief" in Italienohne Tour..... Die Anlage ist wirklich toll. Wenn keine Veranstaltungen sind auch absolut ruhig.

Cons:

Leider gibt es auch Abende mit Veranstaltungen z.B. Feste, Events die ihre eigene "musikalische Untermalung" mit bringen dann geht es bis nach Mitternacht mit sehr lauter "Bumm / Bumm- "Musik".
