Hotel molto carino, personale di una gentilezza eccezionale, sia al check in che al check out, che alla colazione, la ragazza della sera al check in è stata disponibilissima e davvero gentile, super carina e la signora la mattino che ci ha fatto il check out è molto veloce, gentilissima e gestisce tutto al meglio. Le camere sono molto pulite, silenziose, spaziose e con un letto eccezionalmente comodo, abbiamo dormito benissimo, la colazione è andata benissimo, il pane ottimo, c'è tutto quello che serve per fare una colazione sostanziosa e anche rapida. La posizione è centrale e facile da trovare, parcheggio disponibile. Per me perfetto.

To be honest, we were disapointed with a place. Host does not speak in english, nobody warned us that outside door will be closed after 22:00 and one day we returned later... we were standin nearly one hour outside while we noticed a neibhour went to smoke in another appartment and asked to open door for us... another thing - we were hiking all days and we were leaving the place very early before breakfast start.. one day I asked maybe I can get at least cofee to take away.. and I was told nonono.... well, I think nobody understood my request... but what can I say...

Dolomiti che passione!
Pros:

Posizione centralissima a Pedraces e con vista sul monte S. Croce, accoglienza gentile e ottima disponibilità. Colazione varia e abbondante. Piccolo neo: nel bagno non c'è il phon ma chiedendolo la proprietaria mi ha prestato il suo.
La struttura potrebbe migliorare rinnovando i bagni (per es. con qualche mensola in più)
Comunque giudizio ben più che positivo

Cons:

Odore di umido quando si entra in camera (pur lasciando la finestra aperta un bel po')

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and our room was much more spacious than we expected. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning mountain and valley views right outside. Everyone working at the hotel was exceptionally friendly, relaxed, and easy to talk to, which made us feel very welcome. The food was another highlight: the pizza and pork knuckle with sauerkraut were delicious, and the chocolate-filled croissant at breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve had. A lovely, welcoming place with great food and beautiful scenery.
