Nobody is at the desk in the morning. It wasn't clear where to leave the key. The shuttle expense was a surprise.

Good location, close to the airport
I received the rooftop room, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere when I booked, I asked for a change but they said hotel is full. It is uncomfortable, roof was too low on one side (hit my head several times), second floor with no elevator (had to carry my luggage on stairs). It has ceiling windows with no curtains so light and sun entered the room since early morning.

Posizione ottima vicino aeroporto e vicino a vari locali per mangiare, ottimo la disponibilità del parcheggio anche se non molto grande e di accesso non proprio agevole
Stanza piccola è un po datata, ascensore tipo montacarichi solo per bagagli voluminosi e in camera split per a/c perdeva acqua dopo lo spegnimento

Excellent — comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. We had a very pleasant stay and a great overall experience. The service was excellent. Peter, the receptionist, was very patient, attentive, and professional. He contacted us in advance to remind us about check-in details and ensure a timely arrival. He also kindly helped check flight information to better understand our arrival time. His attitude was exceptionally warm and helpful. Highly appreciated!
