I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone
Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was perfect for my trip.

I was travelling by motorcycle and felt completely at ease leaving my bike parked at the hotel, which was a big plus for me. Everything felt safe, secure and well looked after.

The breakfast was excellent and exactly what you need before heading off on a day's travel. A great choice of food and a really good way to start the morning.

From check-in to departure, everything went smoothly and I had no issues whatsoever. The staff were always pleasant and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and friendly place to stay. If I am ever back in the area, I would definitely return.

Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable.

Godt udgangspunkt til bjergene med bus eller en tur til Bolzano og Meran mm
Pros:

Personalet og ejerne var meget hjælpsomme, mit værelse var af nyere årgang og rigtig fint

Cons:

Der var ingen udsigt, jeg havde gerne kunnet se på bjergene fra min altan.

고전적이고 앤틱한 느낌, 렌트카 이용객 입장에서 오르티세이는 다소 붐비고 ZTL이라는 위험도 도사릴때 돌로미티 서부지역을 탐방시 머물수 있는 좋은 거점 지대, 이탈리아와 오스트리아 문화가 혼합된 느낌

2인 1실로 예약하였으나 처음 객실에 들어갔을때 1명분의 침구류만 세팅되어 있었음. 프론트에 전화하니 바로 오셔서 세팅해줌

Best room on our stay 16 night vacation!
Pros:

The rooms were unbelievable. We booked a room for three people and didn’t expect to have two separate rooms with like a foyer area with the bathroom in the middle. The air conditioning was top-notch. Everything was very clean and new looking and very spacious. The breakfast was wonderful as well. We really liked Chiusa!!

Spitzen Personal an der Rezeption

Ich habe noch nie in einem Hotel übernachtet bei dem das Personal an der Rezeption so ungemein freundlich und hilfsbereit war wie hier. Ich hatte ein technisches Problem mit meinem Smartphone und wurde

Buena relación calidad precio.
Pros:

Buena ubicación sin pagar el alto precio de localidades más turísticas como Ortisei. La habitación para tres era muy amplia y todo muy limpio. Un buen baño y un gran vestidor para guardar la ropa de para un alojamiento de varios dias. Se puede aparcar en la puerta.

Cons:

El desayuno no tenía mucha variedad. Se puede mejorar.
