La cama comoda

Cons:

Bano muy viejo, la ducha y cortina del bano un asco, cuando se daba el agua del wc saltaba toda desde arriba, sin secador de cabello en habitacion, colgadores en el closet todos rotos

Шикарный отдых в Рапалло
Pros:

Отличный отель! Хочется выразить огромную благодарность персоналу, в особенности Michele. Я бронировала стандартный номер, но при заезде Michele сделал мне чудесный апгрейд и заселил в номер более высокой категории. Такой приятный комплимент задал тон всему отпуску! В номере было идеально чисто, все удобства продуманы до мелочей. Мини холодильник, балкон, телевизор, кондиционер. Уборка номера была ежедневно. Все находится в пешей доступности. Даже момент, что я забыла босоножки, они мне позвонили и сказали, что я могу забрать их в любое время на рецепшн. Очень все понравилось. Так же в прследний день было позднее выселение без доплат. Очень рекомендую этот отель за их заботу о гостях.

Location- Rapallo is great located town in general. I could have the walks to St. Margherita Ligure as it's not far.
AC and fridge in room is excellent !

orario di pulizia delle stanze , sempre intorno alle 13-13,30 quando si rientrava dalla spiaggia. Sarebbe più opportuno rifare la camera tra le 10 e le 13.

L’emplacement était cool

Cet hôtel était la dernière étape de mon séjour en Italie qui se passait plutôt bien
Je suis néanmoins tombé malade et j’aurais aimé raccourcir mon séjour d’une nuitée (donc une seule nuit dans l’hôtel au lieu de deux)
J’ai donc fait la demande au personnel via booking et ils ont refusés avant de m’envoyer un message pour me dire que c’était un problème technique et que ma demande était acceptée
Cependant une fois sur place elle nous explique que ce n’est pas possible après appelé booking mais quand j’ai appelé booking moi même ils ont dit que c’était faisable et que l’établissement avait juste à accepter la demande et à ce moment la dame de l’accueil nous dit qu’elle n’acceptera pas la demande et me demande de payer pour deux nuits même si je ne reste qu’une seule
Je me suis retrouvé en Italie bloqué malade, les toilettes ne se fermaient même pas à clé, des bouchons de bières ont été retrouvés dans le balcon et la Clim a cessé de fonctionner la nuit SOUS 30 DEGRÉS

Pros:

Non era prevista la colazione. La posizione mediamente buona tranne la troppa vicinanza con le ambulanze del 118 e i rumori della strada.

Cons:

Sicuramente la pulizia. Il bagno non era pulito con muffa nelle mattonelle della doccia e poca attenzione alla pulizia dei sanitari

I recommend the place for a short stay well located, staff was helpful and friendly!

The location was great a few steps away from the beach, the train station, all the restaurants and shops around. A small, tidy and clean hotel, very simple but welcoming.
