Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés et j’y retournerais avec grand plaisir ! 🇮🇹❤️
Pros:

Un séjour absolument parfait ! ❤️ Le personnel a été exceptionnel : adorable, disponible, toujours à l’écoute et de très bons conseils. Tout le monde était vraiment gentil et accueillant. L’emplacement est également idéal, parfait pour découvrir Trapani à pied.

Cons:

La seule petite remarque serait la douche, qui est un peu petite, mais cela reste un détail car tout le reste était vraiment parfait.

Perfect location, in the middle of the Main Street.

Cons:

From the moment we entered the hotel it was hot, in the room the AC just didn’t work good, when they came to check they told us that this is how it’s supposed to be, but it’s 32 degrees outside and we didn’t feel the difference, also the pictures are just not the reality, what you see isn’t what you get.

Localização no centro histórico, limpeza e instalações muito confortáveis
Pros:

Quartos muito espaçosos, localização excelente em pleno centro histórico, mas numa rua calma sem barulho e limpeza impecável! Valentina também sempre simpática e atenciosa.

Cons:

Não haver possibilidade de late check-out, gostaríamos de ter ficado um pouco mais

Lokalizacja super, samo centrum starówki, dookoła dużo sklepów, restauracji, blisko do portu z którego odpływają promy na inne wyspy a także odjeżdżają miejskie autobusy, blisko wypożyczalnia aut. Pokoje przestronne, duża łazienka codziennie wszystko dokładnie sprzątane. Klima bardzo dobrze chlodzila, łóżka wygodne

Hotel położony w historycznym centrum Trapani. Właściciele mili i pomocni. Pokój codziennie sprzątany i czysty. W środku jest nowa i dobrze działająca winda. Łóżko duże i wygodne. W pokoju jest też mała lodówka. Klimatyzacja sprawna i dobrze działająca, ale dość głośna.

Cons:

Położenie hotelu to niestety jak dla mnie jedna z największych jego wad. W pobliżu jest mnóstwo restauracji, knajp itd. Trafiłem na pokój na 3 piętrze z oknem na główną ulicę przez co przez cały czas do późnych godzin nocnych panował w pokoju hałas/szum mimo zamkniętych okien. Dodatkowo na parterze jest pub gdzie dudni muzyka, którą słychać w pokoju. Hotel nie jest też najnowszy i gdzieniegdzie widać „ząb czasu”. Po wejściu panuje zapach jak w starym kościele i wystrój wnętrza też to trochę przypomina. Niestety w łazience na ścianie przy wentylacji widać wilgoć i pleśń.

Bellissima Vacanza a Trapani

Struttura nel centro Storico di Trapani in posizione fantastica, la pulizia della camera ineccepibile e la proprietaria gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta. Palazzo storico e quindi un po’ datato, ma la camera aveva tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole.

Cons:

Mi è piaciuto tutto, lascio solo un consiglio costruttivo: avrei trovato utile uno stendibiancheria in camera, per poter far asciugare i costumi e gli asciugamani da spiaggia. Abbiamo comunque gestito la questione e la proprietaria si è resa disponibile a stendere per noi alcune cose che abbiamo lavato facendole trovare poi asciutte in camera.

Pros:

Hotel znajduje się w samym centrum starego miasta, co jest jego ogromnym atutem. Kilka kroków od hotelu znajduje się wiele restauracji, barów i innych lokali. Dodatkowym plusem jest bardzo bliskie położenie przystanku autobusowego z lotniska w Trapani.
Zameldowanie godzinę wcześniej niż przewidziano – duży plus. Bardzo miła i pomocna recepcjonistka.
Sam hotel, podobnie jak pokoje, wymaga już niewielkiego remontu i odświeżenia.
Pokój jak na weekendowy pobyt jest OK – wielkość wystarczająca. Duże łóżko, natomiast dla mnie osobiście materac był niewygodny. To oczywiście kwestia indywidualna – dla kogoś innego może być wręcz idealny.
Telewizor z lokalnymi kanałami, bez możliwości podłączenia lub sparowania własnego urządzenia. Model telewizora chyba starszy niż przewiduje ustawa 😉
W pokoju znajduje się lustro, klimatyzacja, mały ekspres do kawy z dwiema kapsułkami gratis, lodówka, szafa z wieszakami, szuflady oraz stoliki nocne po obu stronach łóżka. Jest również fotel.
Łazienka wyposażona w bidet, suszarkę do włosów oraz podstawowe kosmetyki – mydełka i szampony. Prysznic ekstremalnie mały.
Pokój był sprzątany, natomiast zauważyłem, że wywieszka „Do Not Disturb” niestety nie zawsze jest respektowana przez obsługę.
Wi-Fi działa w miarę dobrze.
Duży plus za dostęp do hotelu w godzinach wieczornych za pomocą kodu – niewątpliwie poprawia to poczucie bezpieczeństwa.
Ogólnie hotel jest dobrym wyborem na krótki, weekendowy pobyt, przede wszystkim ze względu na świetną lokalizację. Pokoje i wyposażenie są już nieco przestarzałe i przydałoby się ich odświeżenie.
