My bad experience at booking.com
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

We booked hotel falnir palace and made payment which was available in booking.com . When we reached at the hotel they told us they can't provide the room for the price we booked at any cost. We contacted the booking.com customer care and informed the issue. To connect to booking.com customer care it took almost an hour. To put into the matter it took another one hour and booking.com customer care let us know that they could only refund only the booking amount. We were already tired and it was late in the evening.

I wanted cheap and best stay. This is good gor me.
Pros:

Breakfast: tasty South Indian breakfast I liked it.

Cons:

Parking the car is ok but to take out from the parking space I find difficult. There were good people who helped me.

A very average stay
Pros:

Location is good . Bathrooms are big and clean . Staff is descent .

Cons:

For the money they charge the rooms are not acceptable. Not very clean pillows ,bed sheets and walls. A/C also not good. I have stayed in Hotels like Treebo and Herra Inn near that place. They are much cleaner and comfortable than this. Price is also a bit less than what this hotel charges
