Sicuramente da ripetere
Pros:

Tutto molto ben organizzato, pulito e accogliente.
Grande disponibilità ad usare la piscina e alcuni servizi anche il pomeriggio dopo aver lasciato la stanza.

Perfect stay in a beautiful suite.
Pros:

We were fortunate enough to have one of the suites at the front which had a jacuzzi and sauna - it was exceptional. Bed was extremely comfortable and linens and towels superb. Location is fantastic and extremely close to the lake with only a 10 minute walk up to the old town which is well worth a visit. Onsite parking is also available. A lovely boutique hotel.

Cons:

Not really a complaint but it would have been nice to have some glasses in the room to have drinks from the minibar. The only glasses available were in the bathroom.

Pros:

The property was clean, the staff at the desk were nice

Cons:

Needs a design update! So many rules around the pool. Caps were enforced to hide hair yet many ladies had the back of there hair sticking out or their bangs. Men were told they were allowed to go without, while the pool attendant argued. Fridge was broken for most of our stay, food spoiled, then told we weren’t allowed to put our own food in their fridge. Toilet seat was broken for most of our stay. 👎

Pros:

Very nice hotel, very modern and rooms are extremely nice. Also the pool is huge.

Cons:

La struttura esterna è bellissima, la piscina con zona bar, gli ambienti comuni...

Cons:

Durante il check in sarebbe stato giusto e carino che qualcuno ci accompagnasse nella stanza assegnata... Il resto è tutto scritto nella foto allegata

Mooi hotel op gunstige locatie met heerlijk zwembad
Pros:

Mooie locatie direct aan het Bolsena meer.
Via de imposante Platanenlaan wandel je binnen 15 min. het oude centrum in.
Hotel heeft een heel mooi zwembad waar we dankbaar gebruik van hebben gemaakt.
Ontbijt was prima in orde.
Kamer met goed bed en ruime badkamer.
