In die Jahre gekommene Apartmentanlage in super Lage
Pros:

Die schöne zentrale Lage, das freundliche Personal, schöne Außenanlagen mit Blick auf Capoliveri. Zwar mit entsprechendem Preis, aber gutes Essen im Restaurant. Kostenloser proaktiver Handtuchwechsel. Abschließbarer Raum zur Unterbringung unserer Ebikes mit Stromversorgung.

Cons:

Wir waren in einem Apartment, in der Apartment anlage neben dem Hotel. Winzige beengte Küche ohne Fenster, wirkliches Kochen mit Freude war nicht möglich. Backofen hat nicht funktioniert. Küchenzeile hat sich schon von der Wand gelöst. Zum Öffnen der Unterschranktüre musste man die Küchenplatte der Spüle immer etwas anheben, so verzogen war der Spülenschrank. Die ganze Inneneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf dringend einer Erneuerung. Beleuchtung war entweder funzelig (außen) oder zu grell (innen). Das Apartment war grundsätzlich für 4 Personen ausgelegt, für uns 2 war es schon zu eng. Fehlendes zweites Nachtkästchen aufgrund Platzgründen. Neben unserem Apartment befand sich eine Art Parkplatz. Das störte nicht, da dort niemand parkte, nur wenn sich morgens der dort geparkte Lastwagen geräuschvoll zur Baustelle aufmachte. Die Baustelle befand sich unmittelbar neben dem Parkplatz für die Apartments und der wiederum direkt am Rande der Apartments. Von dieser Baustelle war nichts in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Hätte ich das Apartment unmittelbar daneben bekommen, wäre ich umgehend wieder abgereist und hätte einen Schaden geltend gemacht.
Zusammengefasst war der Preis dafür überteuert.

Poolområdet var nog det bästa.
Rummet var välstädat och helt ok yta och bra med en balkong och luftkonditionering.

Cons:

Faciliteter börjar bli lite slitna och det bör nog uppgraderas de kommande åren.

Das Hotel liegt auf dem Lande. Man braucht unbedingt ein Auto. Die Lage ist dafür idyllisch und ruhig. Einen Coop gibt es in etwa 5 Autominuten Entfernung. Habe immer einen der kostenlosen Parkplätze bekommen. Ich hatte ein Studio Appartement gebucht. Auf jeden Fall einem Zimmer vorzuziehen. Es gibt eine Küche, einen Eßtisch und eine große Terrasse. Da das Hotel etwas abgelegen ist, kann man dort abends schön auf dem Balkon setzen. Schöner Pool und auch insgesamt ist alles schön grün angelegt. Absolutrer Höhepunkt ist jedoch das Restaurant: perfekter Service und Top-Küche. Schon allein wegen des Restraurants würde ich wiederkommen. So gut habe ich ein Florentiner Steak noch nie gegessen. Gemüse kommt aus eigener Produktion. Das schmeckt man. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team von Küche und Service.

Cons:

Neben dem Hotel wird gerade gebaut. Hat mich nicht gestört. Sollte man aber wissen.

Struttura locata in valle sotto il paesino di Capoliveri, pratica per muoversi in macchina se si vuole girare l’isola. Tutto il personale é super accogliente e gentile, disponibile e attento. Per quello che offre c’è un buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Le camere sono nuove praticamente, carine e molto spaziose, dotate di condizionatore. Colazione buona. Carina anche la piscina che nei giorni di vento offre più tranquillità rispetto al mare. Anche il ristorante buono, consiglio la fiorentina

Posizione perfetta per girare l'isola, appartamenti ampi e molto comodi, dotati di aria condizionata in ogni stanza. Cucina ben equipaggiata con tutto il necessario. Ampio patio esterno con prendisole, docce esterne se non si vuole sporcare in appartamento, possibilità di mangiare all'esterno. Wifi ottimo. Ristorante di alta qualità con prodotti freschi e buoni vini, personale qualificato. Assolutamente pet friendly. Piscina, ammesso che ci si vada con il mare che c'è all'Elba. Capoliveri a due passi.

Cons:

C'è un cane esterno alla struttura, credo di qualcuno che abita vicino, che purtroppo abbaia parecchio ed ha agitato un po' il mio cane avvicinandosi anche senza guinzaglio. L'appartamento non era pulitissimo, soprattutto la cucina, in particolare le stoviglie, e uno dei bagni. I materassi non sono messi molto bene ed i letti matrimoniali hanno i letti divisi.
