The family that runs that property was absolutely delightful and so warm, welcoming, and helpful. The room was spacious and a large balcony. The breakfast was ample and high quality. The spa and pool were lovely. Gorgeous view toward Val Gardena.
The property is close to the road so if you have a room facing the road it can be a bit noisy. It wasn't a big problem. I just kept the windows closed if I needed to block out the noise.

Really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. A family run business with attentive staff who take pride in their work. The room was amazing with fantastic views as was then three course dinner. Well thought out menu with exceptional flavours. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Very heavy aroma of chlorine in the pool. In these modern times we are exposed to enough toxins and pollutants, there are plenty of options of how maintain a clean and hygienic pool in a commercial envirenment. This is not a criticism just an observation.

Zimmer war sehr schön, ruhig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen am Abend war sehr gut, jedoch könnte es ein bisschen mehr Beilage mit dem Fleisch haben.
Unseres Erachtens sollte man aus dem kleinen Hotel ein Adults only machen, den wenn es Kinder hat, kann man sich im Wellnessbereich, der klein ist, kaum erholen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war fein, jedoch hätte man wenigsten am Sonntag oder am Neujahrstag einmal Lachs auftischen können, was normalerweise bei einem 4-Stern-Hotel üblich ist.
We returned to this hotel after two years, having been thoroughly impressed during our previous stay. This visit proved equally exceptional. The dinners were excellent, and the staff—namely the welcoming family who manages the hotel—provided consistently warm and attentive service.
We have no complaints, as every aspect of our stay was consistently excellent.
