Soggiorno per staccare trasformato in una splendida vacanza

Hotel posizionato in zona strategica: centrale, facile da raggiungere, comodo per raggiungere luoghi di interesse.
Camere ampie e bene arredate, bagno un po' piccolo.
Pulizia impeccabile.
Personale gentilissimo e disponibile.
Il ristorante offre un ampia scelta di menù e la possibilità di gustare ed apprezzare piatti locali, a prezzi decisamente adeguati.
Eravamo già venuti, siamo tornati e ci torneremo.

UN BUON COMPROMESSO
Pros:

Hotel nei pressi del centro storico, comodissimo .Tutti gli ambienti sono ben tenuti, puliti e accoglienti . Biancheria bagno di qualità e sostituita giornalmente . Lo staff intero è affabilmente cortese . Il ristorante annesso è di ottima qualità , così come ,e soprattutto , la Zupperia . La colazione nella norma , le foto postate esagerano. Non viene segnalato che il garage , che ospita poche auto e eventuali bike , è a pagamento .

Ho prenotato (e pagato) due camere ( una doppia ed una singola), siamo arrivati la sera taredi e la mattina la brutta sorpresa. Tutto l’albergo era senza acqua calda. Ci siamo fatti la doccia con l’acqua fredda e, in particolare, la stanza doppia dove alloggiavo (la 009) era tenuta in pessime condizioni. Il bidè non scaricava l’acqua e un porta asciugamani ed il portasapone erano rotti. Mi sono lamentato con la portineria e non tornerei mai in questa struttura
