Pour tout dire, notre séjour avait plutôt mal commencé. Nous n'avions pas obtenu la chambre souhaitée et nous étions déçus.

Mais Michela et Pablo ont tout transformé !

Une nouvelle chambre idéale, un service aux petits soins et des attentions "al dente" :))

Grâce à eux, notre séjour à Rome est devenu encore plus magique.

Le charme et l'hospitalité à l'italienne, on recommande chaudement. Ottimo ! 🇮🇹✨

Sistema prático. Funcionários atenciosos.
Despachei minha bagagem antecipadamente. Foi recebida e guardada para mim. Muito bom.
Houve troca da hospedagem para outra instalação do hotel na rua ao lado. Sem nenhum contratempo para nós.
Amigos foram me procurar e receberam bom atendimento pelo telefone.

All in all it was very nice!
Pros:

The terrace is amazing, colorful walls in the rooms are a nice touch, easy self check in/access to the apartment. Surprise breakfast is a cool addition too

Cons:

The standard rooms are smaller than they may appear in the photos - just advice/reminder to check how many square metres you get and not base your assumption on the photos of all possible rooms :)
It can get a bit loud during the night even though the rooms are located in a very calm one way street.

Large rooms and good location but lacking comfortable facilities,
Pros:

The hotel is in a good location - on a quiet street, close to a metro station, walkable from the Termini. Also there was a beautiful park nearby and many restaurants. The room itself was fairly large and felt very spacious. Everything was on Whatsapp but they were quite responsive all through.

Cons:

For starters, there is no lift so we struggled with our luggage and getting in and out with a toddler a little bit. The AC was faulty and didn't work (it kept turning off). Also the safety box in the room wasn't working. We also realised later that the breakfast is served in a different location which was difficult for us to get to and so we didn't try it even once. They don't have a kettle or coffee available in the rooms either. For the price that was charged it felt disappointing.

Cutesy hotel
Pros:

The patio off my room was lovely, wish I had more time to enjoy it! The room was decorated very nicely, very cute! Check in process was easy and reception was helpful! The air conditioning also worked great!

Convenient
Pros:

We encountered a problem with our ac the first night and the staff was amazing, they changed our rooms, moved our luggage, called taxis when we needed them. Very conventional and good for a short stay in Rome.

Cons:

Didn’t know there was no elevator, we could hear everyone coming in and out with their luggage. The bathroom is quite small for big people, and when i mean small the toilet is very small, but overall very good.
