Struttura accogliente, personale cortesissimo e disponibile che ci ha dato una mano per tutte le nostre necessità. Gradevole colazione, camere ammodernate e pulitissime. Comodo parcheggio davanti all' hotel. Ottimo il ristorante, anche qui esperienza ottima per qualità e personale. Comodissimo per la maternità dell' ospedale proprio di fronte all' entrata dell' hotel

struttura molto pulita, accogliente e ben organizzata, in stanza c'è tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno, staff molto gentile e disponibile, ho apprezzato il fatto di poter fare il check in di pomeriggio! ottima esperienza, sono rimasta soddisfatta.

Cons:

l'unica pecca è il fatto di non poter accedere l'aria condizionata in autonomia, ma per il resto tutto perfetto

Pros:

Personale della reception professionale ma anche molto gentile e disponibile.
L'ambiente risulta caldo ed accogliente, sia per la scelta dei colori e dei materiali di rivestimento (legno) sia per la cordialità di chi ci lavora. Le camere sono estremamente pulite (fatta prova pantofola come da foto allegata) e confortevoli.
Dispone di un minibar.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente il doppio cuscino.
Ho apprezzato la possibilità di parcheggio gratuito (non sempre garantito ma sono stata fortunata)
Collegato con questo ottimo hotel, c'è un ristorante storico e famoso (come testimoniano alcuni articoli di giornale incorniciati alle pareti). Il sabato, il  Ristorante "Cocchi" però osserva il giorno di riposo.
A qualcuno potrebbe interessare sapere che l'hotel si trova proprio di fronte all'Ospedale Maggiore di Parma. Nonostante la  posizione, le camere sono ben insonorizzate e silenziose. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Assolutamente consigliato.
