Hotel vicino a Milano Centrale
Pros:

Vicino alla stazione di Milano centrale (15 min a piedi), aperto 24h, camere piccole ma molto adatte per un soggiorno breve, ha anche l’aria condizionata che funziona molto bene

Cons:

Aspetto un po’ vintage, qualche piccolezza estetica può essere migliorata, ma nel complesso comunque la struttura è pulita

Aggressive and rude owner Romeo

ROMEO the owner was a complete jerk. He is abusive and aggressive towards women. I could have let this experience go if it was JUST the BROKEN AC, broken toilet paper roll, cracked toilet and ugly patio, but no we went to check out and asked for baggage storage and when I went to store my bags in the area Romeo pointed out, I saw blankets there and I put it on top of our bags for safety (we are women and don’t need anyone going through our valuables). ROMEO screamed at me and physically shooed me away from the blankets, like I was dirty or something! He is racist, sexist, rude and aggressive. I confronted him, saying “why are you yelling?” “I paid to be here you shouldn’t be yelling at us”. He scoffed and laughed at me. What a disgusting, pathetic, crusty man, and he is the OWNER. His own employees are scared of him and wouldn’t turn in my complaint.
Watch out for ROMEO, ROMEO, ROMEO! I will post this everywhere I can and I would never recommend to stay here to anybody!

ROMEO, il proprietario, è stato un vero cafone. È aggressivo e ha atteggiamenti prevaricatori verso le donne. Avrei potuto lasciar perdere se si fosse trattato SOLO dell'aria condizionata rotta, del portarotolo guasto, del water crepato e del patio scadente; ma no: al momento del check-out abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli in deposito e, quando sono andata a sistemarli nell'area indicata da Romeo, ho visto delle coperte e le ho appoggiate sopra le nostre borse per sicurezza (siamo donne e non vogliamo che qualcuno rovisti tra i nostri oggetti di valore). ROMEO mi ha urlato contro e mi ha scacciata in malo modo dalle coperte, come se fossi sporca o qualcosa del genere! È razzista, sessista, sgarbato e aggressivo. L'ho affrontato dicendo: "Perché sta urlando? Ho pagato per stare qui, non dovrebbe urlarci contro". Lui ha riso di me con aria di scherno. Che uomo disgustoso, patetico e sgradevole; e pensare che è il PROPRIETARIO.
