Wunderbarer Ort um Urlaub zu machen
Pros:

Der Ausblick war Fantastisch, der Garten ,dass Parken und der Pool sowie die Terrasse für das Frühstück waren sehr gut..dass Frühstück war OK...

Cons:

Die hohen Preise der Bar, was gar nicht geht, dass es keinen Schrank gab im Zimmer so wie Ablage und Regale für seine Sachen irgend wo hin zu Packen.
Auch im Bad keinerlei Ablagen und Regale.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr schön.

Cons:

Es ist, vorallem im Außenbeleuchtung, nicht sehr gepflegt. Kaputte Platten auf den Wegen und um den Pool.

Alles in allem bin ich so zufrieden, dass ich wiederkomme!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön. Zum See nur über die Strasse. Auch ist es super tierfreundlich. Das Personal und die Chefin sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wegen eines Defektes am Aufzug bekam ich 2 Tage später ein Zimmer im 1. OG statt im 3. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichlich. Der Pool
mit Whirlpool ist klasse. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Cons:

Eine vom Vorgast herausgerissene Steckdose.
Die Handtücher dürften öfter gewechselt werden. Man bekommt jedoch immer welche, wenn man fragt.

Immer wieder schön am Gardasee
Pros:

Sehr tierliebes freundliches Personal, das immer ein offenes Ohr für seine Kunden hat. Die Lage des Hotels und schönen Pool
mit Whirlpool und ausreichenden Liegestühlen. Hunde bezahlen nichts und Parkplätze sind inbegriffen.

Cons:

Uns hat ein geschlossener Schrank gefehlt. Die Beleuchtung im Bad ist recht dunkel und die Türe der Duschkabine konnte nicht ganz geschlossen werden das sofort versucht wurde zu beheben . Das Frühstück ist ausreichend aber nicht abwechslungsreich. Leider ist der Aufzug auch ein paar Tage ausgefallen das aber von der sofort informierten Firma nicht gleich behoben werden konnte. Eine Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum wäre auch schön gewesen.

מיקום מעולה, שירות אדיב ומחיר הוגן. נהננו מאוד!

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה עשירה מספיק. שעות ההגשה היו נוחות. המיטות היו נוחות. הבריכה נקייה, נעימה ומזמינה מאוד. המיקום מעולה ביחס לערים אחרות ובמרחק הליכה קצר אתה כבר באגם גארדה. מבחינתנו כמשפחה של 5 עם שני חדרים היה מוצלח מאוד
