Relax per un breve soggiorno
Pros:

In generale ci siamo trovati molto bene, camera accogliente con balconcino, assegnata perché viaggiavamo con un cane. Struttura posizionata benissimo rispetto a ristoranti e alla spiaggia. Comunicazione presoggiorno molto esaustiva e possibilità di un late chackout. Apprezzata anche la convenzione con i due lidi posizionati frontalmente rispetto alla struttura.

Cons:

Camera un po risicata nelle dimensioni.
Parcheggio disorganizzato.
Il personale alla colazione un pò impacciato, essendo vegana mi aspettavo almeno una opzione adeguata invece non è stato preso alcun provvedimento nonostanteio abbia comunicato la cosa al.check in. Si sono offerti di preparare delle brioche al momento ma con una attesa di almeno 20 minuti. Mi è sembrato un pò eccessivo e ho ripiegato su pane e marmellata.

Pokud hledáte dokonalé místo pro pobyt v Itálii, Hotel Kiss v Cervii je naprostá trefa do černého. Naše zkušenost předčila veškerá očekávání a domů jsme se vraceli naprosto nadšení.
​Co nás na hotelu nejvíce okouzlilo:
​Výborná lokace: Hotel má strategickou polohu, díky které bylo všechno kousek.
​Špičkové ubytování: Pokoje jsou moderní, s novým vybavením a hlavně – s maximální čistotou, která byla vidět na každém rohu.
​Excelentní gastronomie: Snídaně byly jednoduše fantastické! Celkově je zdejší kuchyně na skvělé úrovni a každé jídlo byl zážitek.
​Nadprůměrný servis: Profesionální přístup a ochota personálu byla znát na každém kroku. Velmi mile nás překvapila také hřejivá rodinná atmosféra, díky které jsme se v hotelu cítili jako doma.
​Výjimečné poděkování pro Francescu ❤️
​Z celého srdce bychom chtěli vypíchnout přátelské a neskutečně vstřícné chování Francescy. Právě ona dokázala v hotelu pokaždé naladit skvělou náladu a úžasnou atmosféru. Její osobní přístup a neuvěřitelná energie nás natolik přesvědčily, že máme pro příště jasno.
​Až se budeme vracet do Cervie, určitě nebudeme zkoušet žádný jiný hotel. S obrovským nadšením se vrátíme právě sem, zpět do Hotelu Kiss!
​Moc děkujeme za nádherný pobyt a vřele všem doporučujeme!

Good choice in Cervia
Pros:

Clean rooms, the sheets were changed after 4 nights, the room was cleaned every day, kind staff, AC functional, the breakfast was good, great coffee

Cons:

The breakfast was not a buffet, you had to ask for every item (even water, salt or bread), some staff's English was poor, you asked for one thing and received another, which was frustrating.
