Réception située dans un couloir. Pas de lampe de chevet (un fil sort du mur). Pas de l’Achille à café, mais curieusement une tasse. Meubles de type IKEA. Bref des prestations mini mini.

Nonostante il posto auto fosse a pagamento, per ben due volte la nostra auto è stata bloccata da altre auto. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo dovuto attendere circa mezz’ora per uscire dal parcheggio. È un peccato considerando la qualità dei servizi e della struttura.

Top Lage, freundliches Personal, sensationelles Frühstück, Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Pros:

Die Lage ist sensationell, direkt im Zentrum. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wechselt mühelos von Italienisch zu Englisch. Das Frühstück ist für ein Hotel dieser Preiskategorie außerordentlich.

Cons:

Man merkt, dass die Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Das wurde alles einmal sehr schön renoviert, einiges könnte jetzt aber wieder ein wenig "upgrade" bzw. Investition benötigen.

hotel centralissimo e consigliato
Pros:

Hotel in posizione centralissima, tutto a poca distanza. Staff gentile, stanza pulita e comoda. La colazione anche se non è servita a buffet è completa e abbondante. Sicuramente da consigliare. Il posto auto riservato all'hotel è a poca distanza a piedi, forse un po' caro ma si tratta del centro di Ascoli
