Disappointing due to the disruption on piazza arringo
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent

Cons:

Travellers should be aware that piazza Arringo is a total building site and will be for some time with a lot of noise and trucks coming and going looks like they are renovating the surface

Das Zimmer war schön gemacht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Personal war größtenteils sehr.

Cons:

Die Zimmer waren sehr sehr laut. Die Müllabfuhr und Pasanten waren zu laut. Außerdem war eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Klimaanlage war nicht zuverlässig.

Mi è piaciuto molto la posizione e il servizio del personale gentile e accogliente .

Cons:

Non mi è piaciuto per niente la scelta di servire la colazione non a buffet ma al tavolo poiché è mancata la possibilità di scegliere e vedere ciò che si desiderava, in più ho trovato la cucina caotica e il locale pranzo non di mio gusto .

Praticamente quasi l'intera piazza dov'è la struttura è chiusa per lavori...quindi oltre al lato estetico che ne risente, va aggiunto l'aspetto sonoro...

Al centro di Ascoli con godimento
Pros:

Ottima posizione, centralissima. Pulizia e luminosità delle stanze. Bagno e doccia spaziosi. Colazione ricca (fin troppo). Staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

Cons:

Solo un suggerimento per la colazione dolce. Il piatto servito al tavolo strabordante di ottime torte, crostate, croissant, pancake andrebbe ridotto nelle porzioni, perché troppo abbondante. Limiterei alla metà di quello servito e chiederei se si vuole qualcos'altro in più successivamente.

Si tratta di un hotel diffuso. Noi eravamo mel cuore di Ascoli in ottima posizione. Camere nuove e pulite con bagno ampio. Personale simpatico e efficiente. Ma punto forte e’ stata l’eccellente colazione ! Varia , servita al tavolo, con prodotti freschi , frutta , dolci fatti in casa , pietanze cucinate al momento come le uova, caffè , cappuccino e succhi. Davvero tutto buonissimo

Cons:

La stanza era molto piccola, probabilmente da due con l’aggiunta di un letto, ma con due belle finestre e terrazzi. Purtroppo non era abbastanza insonorizzata per i rumori molto forti dalle 6 del mattino causati dall’incessante pulitura di strade e vuotatura dei bidoni. Secondo e ultimo problema è stato il fatto che non ci è stato specificato che c’è un boiler per l’acqua calda , che quindi essendo presente in quantità limitate è da usarsi con parsimonia onde evitare che qualcuno si debba fare la doccia fredda.. Comunque lo staff molto gentile sì è’ premurato di allestire un’altra doccia per noi.

Die Lage ist perfekt.
Das Personsl ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Begleitung zum Parkplatz.
Schöne Weinbar und das Frühstück ist umwerfend.
Der Cappuchino wird in individuellen Sammeltassen servierr und die Eier werden frisch aufgeschlagen.

Pros:

Very centrally located, good breakfast (served, not buffet)

Cons:

Not a “Palazzo”. Reception in a narrow hallway. Functional rooms but without any extra decoration or comfort. Not what I expect at this price level. Use the public parking and not the hotel elevator parking - both are at the same walking distance.

ADOREI OSCALI PICENO
Pros:

Excelente localização, mesmo junto à Praça (pena foi a Praça andar em obras). Fizemos a visita a pé. Fácil.
Quarto e casa de banho grandes, confortáveis e limpos. O nosso quarto tinha 2 varandas, uma delas virada para a praça.
Pequeno almoço bom. É servido à lista Ovos mexidos, omelete, etc Sugeria que fosse dada uma lista escrita para facilicitar o problema linguístico.
Estacionamos no parking Saba Torricella que funcionou bem e tem um elevador direto ao centro da cidade.

Cons:

Não ter receção 24 horas.
A casa de banho ser em vidro transparente, não dando privacidade. Não gostei mesmo.
