Pros:

Posizione perfetta di fronte al lago e alla spiaggia prenotata,staff gentilissimo,ottima pulizia,abbiamo cenato nel dehors esterno molto bene e buona anche la colazione

Cons:

Bagno cieco e insufficientemente illuminato.manca una luce davanti allo specchio e quindi non si vede nulla

Vielen Dank. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Frühstücksdame war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich .

Zimmer sehr sauber!

Cons:

Die Matraze war leider sehr weich. Aber wahrscheinlich Geschmackssache. Haben trotzdem gut geschlafen.

Séjour agréable avec un chemin piétonnier permettant de rejoindre Orta sans grande difficulté

La route très passagère et dangereuse gâche un peu le décor..et dommage que l’hôtel ne puisse pas donner un accès gratuit à la plage privée juste en face (les locations de parasol et transat restent chères) / la petite plage à côté est vite « encombrée » et beaucoup moins plaisante

Staff di accoglienza sgarbato. Con prenotazione su booking pagato in anticipo € 145 dalle 15 alle 8, Quindi per 17 ore!! non abbiamo potuto lasciare la macchina. Non abbiamo potuto usufruire della colazione. Siamo stati invitati a chiedere a booking di annullare la prenotazione che facevamo un favore all'hotel che era pieno! In camera solo un mini frigo. Neanche l'acqua di accoglienza. Alle vending machine, latine ml.15 € 3.
Spiaggia adiacente € 35 al giorno!
Colazione servita dalle 8, e orario non pubblicato!! Se sei un escursionista o ciclista o vuoi iniziare la tua giornata di mattina presto, impossibile fare colazione! Le camere superior, con prezzo superiore alle altre, sono le peggiori. Situate all'ultimo piano, la vista sul lago è la vista su una strada trafficatissima e estremamente pericolosa per l'attraversamento, esposte al sole fino al tramonto.
Ciclabile? Neanche vista l'ombra.. e il personale totalmente impreparato sull'argomento.

Très agréable séjour.
Pros:

Le personnel est formidable, toujours souriant et disponible.
La propreté est irréprochable.
Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Le restaurant propose un large choix de très bons produits.
L'emplacement de l'hôtel permet de faire de belles visites sans avoir à faire trop de kilomètres.
