Buona posizione e cortesia, ma maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione farebbe la differenza
La mia esperienza in questo hotel è stata nel complesso positiva per alcuni aspetti, a partire dall’ottima posizione, dalla cortesia e disponibilità del personale e da una buona accoglienza. Anche la pulizia generale è risultata discreta e la colazione, nel complesso, soddisfacente.
Ho apprezzato particolarmente alcuni servizi inclusi nel soggiorno, come il noleggio gratuito delle biciclette e la possibilità di usufruire di ombrellone e tre lettini compresi nel prezzo: servizi molto utili e che considero un valore aggiunto, soprattutto in una località di mare.
Dopo aver letto la risposta della proprietà alla valutazione di un viaggiatore, vorrei però precisare meglio il senso delle mie osservazioni. Comprendo perfettamente la scelta di mantenere una linea essenziale, minimal e funzionale, così come comprendo che si tratti di una struttura a 3 stelle. Non mi aspettavo, né mi aspetto, servizi o finiture paragonabili a quelli di una categoria superiore.
La mia osservazione riguarda piuttosto un aspetto diverso: la cura e lo stato di manutenzione degli ambienti.
Nella camera e, in particolare, nel bagno, ho riscontrato diversi elementi che, a mio avviso, avrebbero bisogno di maggiore attenzione. La rubinetteria appare molto usurata, così come alcuni sanitari e accessori, mentre porte e altri particolari mostrano in maniera evidente i segni del tempo.
Ritengo che questo sia un aspetto distinto dalla categoria dell’hotel. Una struttura 3 stelle può essere assolutamente semplice ed essenziale, senza per questo rinunciare a un ambiente ben mantenuto e curato. Non è quindi una questione di pretendere maggiore lusso, ma di trasmettere quella sensazione di ordine, cura e attenzione ai dettagli che contribuisce in modo importante alla qualità del soggiorno.
Anche l’ingresso rappresenta, a mio parere, un punto migliorabile.

A szálloda az egyik legjobb helyen található. kb 70m a tengerpart, 50m lehetett a parkoló. Az utca túloldalán bolt, ahol kényelmesen minden beszerezhető. A bejárat mellett azonnal bár és étterem is található. A hotelből a fő utcára lépünk ki és onnan lehet menni sétálni, élvezni a várost, szóval pont mindenhez közel van. A hotelben a személyzet kedves, segítőkész. Minden rendben volt és nagyon jól éreztük magunkat. A tengerparton saját partszakasz és a szobához járó nyugágyak vannak. Nem volt tömeg és mindenhez (bárok, éttermek, fagyizók) gyorsan könnyen hozzá lehet férni. Javaslom hűtőt kérni a szobához, hogy víz, üditő legyen mindig kéznél behűtve.
