Really good value for the money
Pros:

Lovely hotel; we had a really rainy motorcycle ride so the spa was the best thing we could ask; rooms have everything you might need; restaurant offers really delicious food ; breakfast also really good

Hervorstechend ist die aussergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit und Zuvorkommenheit des Personal und das bestens ausgestattete Frühstücksbuffet mit zusätzlichem Eierspeisenservice!
Zentrale , fussläufige Lage zur Altstadt!
Spa und Pool haben wir wegen später Ankunft und frühem Aufbruch nicht genutzt und können das Angebot somit nicht beurteilen!

Cons:

Das Anwesen liegt direkt an der Haupt-Strasse, die extrem befahren ist! Dadurch sind die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Strasse extrem laut, auch nachts!
Die Zimmer im Altbau sind eher nicht so attraktiv! Eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer gehörte heute eigentlich Standart, ebenso eine Handcreme!

Sehr schön renoviertes, offenes Badezimmer.
Pros:

Ein schön renoviertes Hotel. Das Zimmer ist ansprechend und gemütlich. Hell. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr üppig mit allem, was man sich so wünschen kann. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Cons:

Die Heizung lief nicht, was im März noch etwas früh ist. Zum Glück konnte man den Heizkörper im Badezimmer separat anstellen, so daß es ausreichend warm wurde.

Großzügiger und gepflegter Saunabereich (17:00–21:00 Uhr) Sauna wurde auf Nachfrage sogar früher geöffnet – perfekt bei unserer Anreise

Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück mit großer Auswahl - Qualität und Angebot wie in einem 4- bis 5-Sterne-Hotel

Alles frisch, lecker und ansprechend präsentiert

Viele hilfreiche Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung und Ausflügen in der Umgebung

Dodatna postelja je sofa, ki je pretrda. Glede na to, da cena nastanitve ni nizka, bi pričakovali, da bo tudi za tretjega odraslega normalna postelja.

Pros:

Hotel vicino al centro di chiusa.
Struttura totalmente ristrutturata, camere pulite e spaziose, Spa attrezzata, colazione abbondante, personale gentile.

Indimenticabile, sicuramente da ripetere.
Pros:

Ci sono piaciuti l’accoglienza, pulizia della stanza, disponibilità di svariati servizi, parcheggio coperto per l’auto. Colazione ricca e assortita sia dolce (fatti in casa dallo chef nonché proprietario) che salata. Caffè Latte Succhi Centrifughe. Nelle varie sere abbiamo cenato nella pizzeria / ristorante. Molto curato l’ambiente. Ottimi i collegamenti per raggiungere i vari mercatini (stazione dell’autobus di fronte all’hotel).
Davvero comoda e utile anche l’app per cellulare dalla quale é possibile organizzare gli spostamenti, trovare eventi in zona e quant’altro possa servire per meglio organizzare il soggiorno.
Un caloroso grazie alla famiglia Kasslatter e a tutto il suo staff per averci coccolato.
