Pros:

Frühstück war solide. Die Lage war gut. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Klostergarten lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Cons:

Die Einrichtung ist sehr minimalistisch gehalten (kein Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher) und auch nicht schön.
Das Bett ist sehr unbequem. Wir hatten jeden Tag Rückenschmerzen. Aus dem Kleiderschrank kam ein unangenehmer Geruch.
Man darf keinen großen Komfort erwarten.
Für den Preis insgesamt in Ordnung.

Solide Unterkunft in Meran

Das Hotel liegt in einem Villenviertel am östlichen Stadtrand, mit dem Auto einen Katzensprung von dem tollen Trautmansdorff'schen Garten. Es geht sehr ruhig dort zu, das Publikum ist gediegen. Frühstück ebenfalls gediegen. Parken hinterm Haus. Man bekommt beim Einchecken Buskarten für die Aufenthaltsdauer, das ist sehr schön, da man in die Innenstadt nicht selber fahren sollte. Wir haben die Aufenhaltsräume in der obersten Etage entdeckt, wo man sich sehr schön aufhalten kann, wenn man noch etwas lesen möchte. Ein Panoramaraum mit Ausblick auf Tal und Berge und eine Bibliothek, auch mit Fernseher. Da waren wir ganz alleine. Getränke mit und ohne Alkohol können im Erdgeschoss gekühlt erworben werden. Ein passables Restaurant mit Drin-und-draußen-Plätzen in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, 2 weitere eine Bushaltestelle weiter.
