Proximity to railway station.

Cons:

Noisy. Besides some loud guests (of course, the hotel has no control over the behaviour of people), I'm not sure it was safe enough. The reception desk was close to the entrance, quite often there was nobody at the reception desk, I was leaving the key on the desk and upon my return to the hotel, the key was still there. Anybody could have found it and accessed the room. The last night between 12 am - 2 am, there was a man in the lobby making strange noises, coughing, and spitting. I believe he slept in the lobby because at 6 a.m., he started all over again. Was he a homeless person, or what happened? Useless to say, it was almost impossible to sleep that night.

Entrata in hotel, ho trovato in Reception una Signora gentilissima che mi ha aiutata anche con la valigia per arrivare in camera, dopo un viaggio davvero pesante è stato un grande aiuto.
Letto comodo e stanza pulita, ho dormito come un sasso.

Pros:

L'albergo è comodo per chi deve imbarcarsi al porto il giorno dopo.

Cons:

L'albergo ha delle porte e delle finestre poco insonorizzate, pertanto i rumori provenienti dalla strada e dal corridoio possono disturbare il sonno.

Pros:

Albergo un po' datato ma comunque mantenuto bene. Siamo rimasti colpiti dalla pulizia impeccabile

Cons:

La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era piccola soprattutto il bagno.
La porta principale era una normale porta di casa casa da Interno con chiave come a casa, non dava un senso di molta sicurezza.

Aparcar gratis en la puerta y el trato del personal. Nevera con minibar.

La relación calidad-precio, habitaciones antiguas, baño pequeño y ducha con cortina. También, el ruido excesivo y golpes en las puertas al abrir y cerrar de otras habitaciones.

Good location, but that's all.
Pros:

Very close to Livorno Centrale Train Station. Ideal for train travelers. The woman at the reception was nice.

Cons:

The young man later at the reception- and in the next morning - was very unfriendly. For breakfast there was no bread, butter, jam, fruits - nothing. We saw only industrial sweeties and bakery - horrible. The cappuccino was tasty, on the other hand.

I had a very comfortable stay and would be happy to return.
Pros:

I liked the layout of the room and the fact there was a sink it in. The light switches and outlets were in convenient places. Everything was very clean. It was very well heated. The hotel also used the old-fashioned system of keys that was a treat.

Cons:

It would have been nice to have a room with a bathroom, however, that was not a big deal because there was a bathroom down the hall exclusive for my use. Also, it would have been nice to have an elevator.

There was no heater for my room and no way to turn on the Air conditioning in the room.
