Idealement situé 10 min de la mer et pas de loin de Rome.Très bon acceuil du personnel très serviable et a l'ecoute, en cas de soucis c'est résolu dans la journée! vraiment un grand MERCI !!!! Il y a même des francophones pour moi qui ne parle pas italien ni anglais. Stationnement facile, il y a tout à proximité y compris le bus. Un grand merci également aux femmes de ménages pour leur efficacité, amabilité et leurs sourires 😃 😘

Cons:

La salle de sport mériterait d'être renouvelée la vaisselle mériterait d'etre complétée avec notamment des tasses pour le petit dejeuber, .

Tutto, dalla camera pulita e completa di tutto, all'asistenza telefonica ricevuta per effettuare il check in dopo in tarda serata, al personale cortese e disponibile, può sembrare strano a dirlo ma mi sembrava di stare a casa... dall' edificio residenziale all' entrata con codici personali, veramente tutto fantastico

Molto accogliente , piccolo ma aveva tutto quello che serviva e anche di più !! Ci hanno fatto trovare la macchinetta del caffè con alcune capsule ! Pulizia ottima !!
Posizione ottima per noi ( 2 giorni a zoomarine)

Cons:

Unica pecca miscelatore dell’acqua un po lente e non si regalava benissimo e il piatto doccia un po rovinato !! Nel complesso andava benissimo!

Da prenotare come monolocale a lungo termine altrimenti paghi servizi anche se non usufruisci

Colazione ottima ad un prezzo economico, parcheggio gratuito in loco
Camera grande con angolo cottura.

Cons:

Checkin tramite reception solamente fino alle 20:30.
Laboriosa e deficile procedura di self check in.
Aria condizionata estremamente gelata e impossibile da regolare
