The hotel is basically good. It has the feel of an investment that has been made with care and attention. It is obvious that the owners have invested a significant amount of money. And this is where the problem begins.

Investing only in the infrastructure is not enough. There also needs to be investment in staff training and in selecting the right management personnel.

In short, there is no bellboy. The girl at the reception offered to carry our luggage to the room. She visibly weighed around 45 kg. Our suitcases weighed more than she did. We declined. It is absurd to expect front desk staff to carry guests’ luggage.

The kitchen is fantastic — congratulations to the chefs. But! A large part of the serving staff struggled with English, or did not speak it at all. For a high-class hotel, this is unacceptable.

Flies — everywhere. In the room, at breakfast, around the buffet. It is absurd to ruin the experience of an otherwise excellent breakfast with flies landing on the food. There are ways to deal with this problem, which is most likely caused by a nearby farm.

The room cleaning is very superficial. Towels are not changed. There is no standard “Please leave on the floor” sign.

The spa is excellent. However, there is absolutely no control over the naturist area. Around the pool, people were lying on sun loungers as if they were in a theatre, wearing swimwear and holding their phones out. We did not enter the pool at all. It would have felt like being part of a show for them.

It annoys me when it is obvious that the owners have invested heavily in the property, but the management is operating at a low level. I hope that the next time we visit, we will see some improvement.

Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal war top, das Essen war hervorragend.

Cons:

Preis-Leistung: Preis war etwas zu hoch. Badebereich war eher klein: 2 Pools für Baden mit Textil. Ja, das ist Meckern auf seh hohem Niveau :) Es war wirklich top.

Unglaublich schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Panoramasuite mit Outdoor-Whirlpool und Dampfdusche.. Der Ausblick atemberaubend! Der Restaurantbesuch ein kulinarischer Höhenflug. Leider nur eine Nachtm das nächste Mal gerne für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Eine traumhafte, Zeit verbracht! Danke.
