Pros:

The location was amazing and the breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast with all the sweet stuff. Good place to stay and the staff was kind and helpful.

Cons:

When we arrived there was a manly smell in the room. The room was also a bit untidy and there was a few things broken. We didn't find any proper blanket.

Perfect place for a historical and archaeological exploration
Pros:

It’s perfectly located to enjoy Aquileia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with the famous Patriarchal Basilica and other interesting archaeological sites and museum. The floor mosaic from 4th century in the Basilica was so stunning. Our room in the hotel was spacious and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and cheerful. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel, and both were good.

Cons:

Because we stayed there only for one night, we kept the window and the shutter closed. Just before we left, cleaner had come to open them to get fresh air, and only then we realised that we had a wonderful view! We wish we had known it before.

Albergo situato proprio accanto alla Basilica Patriarcale, a due passi dalla zona archeologica. Struttura moderna. Camera e bagno ampi e puliti. Colazione buona. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ottimo il ristorante.

Chillig wohnen in einer gemütlichen Kleinstadt.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in direkter Nähe zu den Kulturdenkmälern von Aquileia. Der Straßenlärm von der Durchgangsstraße war im Zimmer nicht zu hören. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt mit Blick auf den Dom. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt im Hof des Hotels.

Enttäuscht, wäre eigentlich gut.

Eigentlich ein schönes altes, top sauberes Hotel.

Cons:

Unser 4 Bett Zimmer war aus dem vergangenem Jahrhundert, viel Nippes und Kitsch. Nicht unser Stil. So richtig wohl haben wir uns nicht gefühlt.
Das Frühstück ist sehr italienisch. Die Brioches (Croissants) sind labberig. Brot ist nicht das Thema der Italiener 🤭. Sonst nur Kuchen und Süßes, abgesehen von harten kalten Eiern und Salami, leider nicht die gute 😱. Speck und Prosciutto? Fehlanzeige. Sonst alles aus der Verpackung. Filterkaffee! Geht ja wohl gar nicht.
Die Dame am Empfang hat den Job gewechselt, sie war früher sicherlich Oberaufseherin in einem Gefangenenlager, oder noch schlimmer. So was kaltes, unpersönliches, unfreundlich und abweisendes habe ich in einem Hotel noch nie erlebt.
Das hat den Eindruck total versaut. Am Frühstücksbuffet war anscheinend ihre Schwester. Ohne Worte.
