Pros:

Lo que más me gustó fue la atención de la señora que nos recibió, aunque la otra señora fue muy amable también, nos quedamos una noche de base después de recorrer Italia, no estuvimos mucho pero el trato fue excelente, y nos dejaron dejar las maletas para dar un último paseo., y cuando fuimos a buscarlas nos dejaron usar el servicio también, muy sorprendidas y agradecidas con el trato.

A good room for a short stay, with a comfortable bed, but the shower and air conditioning could be improved.
Pros:

The room was very good overall. It had a high ceiling, a heater, and a comfortable bed. For the one night I stayed, it had everything I needed.

Cons:

The only issues were that the shower had low water pressure and the air conditioning wasn’t very effective, which made the room quite warm.

Convenient location to the Metro, Hop on hop off buses, restaurants.
Wonderful, kind, excellent Staff!!
Sweet, quaint rooms.
Very clean room.
Elevator available and operable as long as the outside door is closed

Cons:

Room was on the 3rd floor. It was very stuffy, air conditioning left a lot to be desired, and the shower in Bathroom was very cramped with intermittent hot and cold water.
Vending machine is available for soft drinks or water, no coffee or European breakfast available.

Le fonctionnement de l'ascenseur, qui était douteux.

ALLA FINE OBIETTIVO RAGGIUNTO ... MA IL COSTO ...
Pros:

Certamente, la posizione vicina alla stazione Termini è il vantaggio più palese. Segnalo la disponibilità e la simpatia delle persone che lo gestiscono. Le stanze, due singole, si sono rilevate comode anche se, per mantenere ampia la zona principale (letto) sono stati "sacrificati" i bagni che, comunque, pur essendo piuttosto ridotti di dimensioni (si consideri che il lavandino era situato nella stanza, zona letto) grazie al posizionamento del WC (fronte ingresso) e piatto doccia (di lato al WC) erano sufficientemente utilizzabili. Altro elemento decisamente positivo (specie in questa estate rovente) sono stati i climatizzatori. Pienamente funzionanti e, tutto sommato, non molto rumorosi. Adeguato livello di pulizia degli spazi.

Cons:

Sebbene io abbia sottolineato la disponibilità elevata e la simpatia delle ragazze che gestivano la struttura (elemento che ribadisco come uno dei punti più apprezzabili), questo non può sovrascrivere alcuni elementi negativi. Nella mia stanza le rubinetterie erano alquanto datate e ossidate (nell'altra stanza erano evidentemente migliori). Le TV con pochi canali visibili adeguatamente pur avendo provato, con l'aiuto del personale, a risintonizzarle più volte. Quest'ultimo punto normalmente non lo avrei menzionato (quando viaggio uso molto poco la TV. Preferisco, decisamente, dedicare il tempo a visitare i luoghi e alle altre attività) ma, insieme alla questione rubinetterie della mia stanza, il tutto stride fortemente con il costo del soggiorno che purtroppo ritengo, alla fine, eccessivo. Dato il potenziale penso sia necessario investire per allineare gli elementi della struttura (anche per la insonorizzazione degli infissi, lato stazione, vista la sua vicinanza) per giustificare maggiormente il costo del soggiorno (che prevedeva il solo pernottamento, senza colazione).

Wonderful and I already miss the place
Pros:

Pamela was my first contact and she so sweet and helpful as was Ella. I met a few other staff members, but not much time was spent with them as Ella and Pamela. They were incredibly nice as well.

Excelente lugar
Pros:

Buen lugar, calidad precio, muy cerca de termini lo que facilita salir temprano menos de 5 min ya estás en la terminal, agua caliente funcionando, cocina compartida muy útil, pamela fue muy agradable con sus instrucciones sobre la habitación y se puso a disposición por si necesitamos cualquier cosa

Todo me gustó, solo hay que mencionar que para llegar a la recepción es en el piso 3 no hubo ningún inconveniente ya que hay elevador que se puede usar pero para tener instrucciones más claras desde la página, especificar que se debe subir al piso 3
