Von A bis Z ein tolles Hotel! Komfort, Spa, Kulinarik und die hervorragende Lage zu den zahlreichen bekannten Ausflugszielen der Region haben uns rundum begeistert. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

The common facilities, the high standard service, the food at the restaurant was really good and the view from the room was amazing. It's aligned with the 5 stars standard
We stayed in the older building and the room was outdated compare to the common facilities. Bathroom needs to be renovated and the pillows were so so soft they need to be renewed asap.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and were always happy to help. We especially appreciated the breakfast and lunch bags they prepared for us on the days we left early for hiking. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The wellness facilities, especially the pools, were excellent, and the fitness room was very well equipped. The food was original, beautifully presented and consistently delicious, with a wide variety of dishes. Above all, the hotel’s location is outstanding, surrounded by spectacular nature and some of the best hiking in the Dolomites.
The only small suggestion would be to offer a slightly wider range of vegetarian main courses. The existing options were very good, and the staff very accommodating to any requests but a little more variety to the main menu would make the dining experience even better for vegetarian guests. Otherwise, everything exceeded our expectations.
