Pros:

La signora Cinzia è stata gentilissima e disponibilissima nell'accontentare ogni mia richiesta. Simpatica e cordiale. La struttura è al centro di Ascoli e permette di raggiungere a piedi ogni posizione.

Sehr empfehlenswertes kleines Hotel in ruhiger Gasse im Zentrum.
Pros:

Sehr engagierte Gastgeberin, tolle Lage 5 min Fußweg ins Zentrum. Gastgeberin organisierte bewachtes Parken (10 €) 400 m zu Fuß entfernt, aber eine Weltreise mit dem Fahrzeug. Aufzug

Cons:

Sehr enge Gasse, man kann nur ausladen.

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Man spürt, dass es der lieben Gastgeberin sehr wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen, sie gibt viele Tipps für den Stadtbesuch und steht für jede Frage zur Verfügung. Gefrühstückt wird in einem kleinen Café um die Ecke, wunderbar original italienisch. Das Städtchen ist sehr schön und lebendig. Wir empfehlen es.

L'accueil vraiçment très chaleureux et le bon plan pour le parking à proximité. L'auberge est située dans la vieille ville, à proximité immédiate des restaurants, super pratique pour visiter la ville.

Cons:

L'auberge propose un petit déjeuner qui est à prendre dans une patisserie au coin de la rue. Nous sommes arrivés en plein rush, beaucoup de monde au café, ce n'était pas super agréable.

Effervescente Cinzia
Pros:

La signora Cinzia è una persona di una premurosità incredibile, ci ha accolti a tarda sera praticamente venendoci quasi a prendere al parcheggio (che ci aveva consigliato lei, con 2,50 euro abbiamo tenuto la macchina sabato e domenica) e donandoci una bottiglia d'acqua per la sera. Inoltre ci ha portato in una pizzeria ancora aperta. Ci ha anche dato molti consigli su posti dove potevamo mangiare, uno dei quali proprio di fronte all'hotel, dove abbiamo cenato la seconda sera, con soddisfazione. Hotel centralissimo, La Stanza silenziosa, molto pulita, con letti comodi. Bagno ok. Colazione presso due bar della città, uno migliore dell'altro. Ottimo. Grazie alla signora Cinzia per il bel weekend.

Cons:

Onestamente tutto assolutamente in ordine e pulito e comodo. E' un più che dignitoso 2 stelle con prezzi davvero bassi.

Pros:

Posizione centrale e allo stesso tempo tranquilla. Parcheggio vicino, facile da raggiungere. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Colazione ottima. La Sig.ra Cinzia mi ha dato suggerimenti e indicazioni preziose per un migliore soggiorno, professionale e attenta al cliente. I suoi modi inoltre sono accoglienti e ti fanno sentire a casa.

Die Unterkunft ist gut, die Lage super und das Personal freundlich. Nur die Empfehlung zum Essen war wirklich schlecht.

Sehr gute Lage, das Zimmer war geräumig und wir konnten einen Balkon nutzen.

Cons:

Die Empfehlung zum Essen war eine totale Enttäuschung. Gehen sie nicht in das vorgeschlagene, genau gegenüberliegende Restaurant. Lieblos, das Essen nicht frisch und aufgewärmt und man fühlte sich nicht willkommen.

Cinzia was wonderful!! She gave us a lot of information about the city, came to meet us to help us park and told us about local restaurants.
She made sure we were comfortable and provided great service. Her hotel was clean and in a great location. Would recommend highly. 10/10

Ideale per visitare Ascoli e i dintorni
Pros:

Ottima posizione in centro. Parcheggio a pagamento (2,5€ al giorno) a circa 200 mt. Colazione con una pasta e un caffè o cappuccino in bar o pasticceria convenzionato. Cinzia cordialissima e sempre disponibile. Pulito e ordinato.
Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

E' stato un soggiorno molto rilassante; la proprietaria si è dimostrata molto premurosa.
Pros:

La posizione era ottima: nel centro storico di Ascoli Piceno, ma al tempo stesso molto tranquilla; la nostra camera era situata al quarto piano e aveva una vista ampia sui tetti del rione e sui dintorni della città.
