Bellissimo e piacevole soggiorno
Pros:

La signora Cinzia ci ha accolti come si fa con un caro parente, ci siamo sentiti a casa. I suoi consigli su ristoranti e bar sono stati utilissimi. È stata sempre presente e disponibile. La camera con balconcino e bagno con finestra e 3 ventilatori, che non abbiamo usato perché dal balconcino arrivava una bella aria fresca. A metà notte lo abbiamo addirittura chiuso.
La posizione è ottima, in una piccola rua silenziosa, a due passi dalla principali piazze del centro storico, tra cui piazza del popolo,

Accoglienza e gentilezza davvero un valore aggiunto. La Signora Cinzia è davvero un host super accogliente, disponibile, fornisce qualsiasi indicazione, sempre reperibile e puntuale. La struttura è vicinissima al centro che si raggiunge facilmente a piedi. Anche d'estate nelle camere si dorme bene e abbastanza freschi. Sicuramente se torno ad Ascoli si torna dalla signora Cinzia

la gentilezza e l'umanità della signora Cinzia.
la camera era pulita, accogliente. pur non essendoci la presenza di un condizionatore si stava bene, era ventilato e in più c'erano ben tre ventilatori all'interno della stanza
