Traumlage
Pros:

Beheiztes pool und whirlpool. Gute Lage..zu Fuß nur 20 min zum See und Promenade. Angebot vom Essen hervorragend, viel Hausgemacht und wunderschön angerichtet. Personal sehr freundlich, das Reinigungspersonal war täglich unterwegs und haben unseren Besuch sehr angenehm gestaltet, sie haben sich um alles gekümmert bis ins letzte Detail. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, für jung und alt.

Cons:

Ein bisschen lauter manchmal durch die Straße. Meistens aber wegen Rollerfahrer.
Kissen waren nicht weich, eher steif/fest.
Aber wir haben immer eigene dabei.

Pros:

A személyzet kedves és segítőkész volt. Zárt tér a kerékpároknak, ahol lehet tölteni az e-bike-ot is. Saját nagy parkoló. Fűtött medence. A reggeli valóban nagyon jó volt, bőséges választék sós és édes ételek terén is. A vacsorát is bátran merem ajánlani a hotelben, rendben volt. Egy picit távolabb esik a centrumtól, de pl. lehet kerékpárt kölcsönözni a hotelben, mellyel egy 15 perc alatt el lehet jutni a tóhoz. Ár érték arányban szerintem rendben volt a hely, összességében merem ajánlani másoknak is ezt a hotelt.

To return, if I revisit Lago di Gard
Pros:

Friendliness of personnel. Spacious Bike Room. Parking availability. Quality of breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The changing colour of lights in the bathroom. I don’t know if it is considered relaxing, I felt as if I was in a discotheque. Minor issue, though.
I would appreciate if the room had a refrigerator. I was aware it was not the case. However, it would add a lot at the comfort of our stay.

Замечательный отель
Pros:

Номер оказался лучше, чем на фото. И это было очень приятно. Я переживала, что ванная комната будет очень маленькой. Но она оказалась просторной и современной. Завтраки были очень вкусные и обильные, но почему-то мне каждый раз хотелось сосисок 😅
Администрация правильно сделала, что разместила на главном фото надпись "теплый бассейн и сауна" - если бы не это, то скорее всего мы бы пропустили этот замечательный отель. Также порадовало наличие бесплатных велосипедов и парковка на территории отеля. Рядом большой магазин, который работает каждый день.
Персонал очень приветливый.

Cons:

Когда кто-то проходил в коридоре мимо двери и разговаривал, то это было слышно. Ну, как я понимаю, это работает в обе стороны 😏
Но в целом, вечером тихо, и ночью даже при открытых окнах никакой шум нас не беспокоил. Уверена, что в самом центре было бы невозможно спать с открытыми окнами.
Матрас был слишком мягкий для меня. Но я понимаю, что это стандартная жёсткость и с этим ничего не поделать.
На мой день рождения мы спонтанно решили поужинать в отеле и персонал при подаче десерта оформил свечку и розочку, было очень приятно. Но это мой друг им подсказал. А если бы мы ужинали в другом месте, то отель никак бы меня не поздравил. Хотелось бы, например, при уборке номера оставить хотя бы записочку "с днём рождения" либо мини-шоколадку. Символически. Просто знак внимания. Я уверена, что гостям отеля очень понравится такое.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo a una posizione comoda.
Pros:

Staff gentile, buona colazione a buffet e bevande illimitate.
La camera era confortevole, il letto molto morbido (può non piacere a tutti).
La posizione è buona, si può tranquillamente raggiungere il centro a piedi.
Parcheggio privato disponibile, almeno in bassa stagione.
Era disponibile la spa, la piscina riscaldata e il noleggio biciclette gratuito, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito perché era un soggiorno breve.

Cons:

La doccia presenta un vetro smerigliato che la rende visibile direttamente dal letto, non tutti apprezzano questo tipo di intimità. Meglio chiedere informazioni allo staff prima del soggiorno.
L'isolamento acustico non è perfetto, si sentono facilmente le persone nelle stanze vicine.

Kurztrip zum biken in Riva
Pros:

Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal sowie perfektes Frühstücksbüffet
Total ruhige Lage und trotzdem mit dem Rad in ca 10 min im Zentrum von Riva

Cons:

Der Raum wo man die Räder einsperren kann ist ein bisschen klein, aber wir haben unsere immer noch irgendwo dazwischen gequetscht

Danke für einen wunderschönen Urlaub.
Pros:

Am besten hat uns das leckere, außergewöhnlich umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet mit selbst gemachten Marmeladen, Säften, Kuchen und Eiern gefallen. Auch das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich. Großes Lob an den Barkeeper Paolo, der am zweiten Abend bereits unsere Getränkewünsche wusste. Wir haben uns in der Bar wie im eigenen Wohnzimmer gefühlt! Schade, dass wir nur drei Tage vor Ort waren. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistumgsverhältnis.
Pros:

Beheizter Außenpool, Sauna und zwei Jacuzzi. Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Sehr gutes Essen.

Cons:

Unser Bett war leider viel zu kurz, maximal 1,90 m und die Matratzen waren bretthart. Wir sind mit Rückenverspannung aufgewacht. Das ist der einzige negative Aspekt.
