חדר נעים ונוח עם מזגן ומרפסת עם נוף יפה. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מעולה, ויש גם מסעדה טובה לארוחת ערב עם מחירים הוגנים.
אפשר גם להשאיל אופניים מהמלון
הצוות היה אדיב ונעים לאורך כל השהות

Alles in allem ein Super Hotel
Pros:

Die Unterkunft an sich ist familiengeführt. Alle Mitarbeiter sowie Besitzer sind super freundlich 😊.

Frühstück ist super reichhaltig und sehr sehr lecker!
Sehr Hundefreundlich.

Cons:

Die Betten sind zwar bequem, allerdings haben wir Rückenschmerzen davon bekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, man hört die Zimmernachbarn duschen.

Amazing place! Super kind and professional staff, comfortable rooms, excellent, sueprb breakfast. Gym, swimming pool, bikes available for free. Definitely will be back and spend more time here.

Comfortable and relaxed stay in Riva
Pros:

Very nice and comfortable family hotel. The room was nice and spacious with a small balcony. The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood about 15min walk from the lake and center of Riva. The free bike rental was a big plus!
We enjoyed the varied and delicious breakfast, 'la nonna' explained everything and offered to make us a coffee, so nice!
Nice heated swimming pool. The friendly lady at the desk informed us about the Trentino card/app which offered us free transport and lots of other discounts. We would love to stay here again!

Pekný hotel v tichej lokalite, veľmi milý a pozorný personál.
Vyhrievaný bazén, ktorý je k dispozícii aj v čase pred check-in, prístupná kúpeľňa pre hostí. Vírivka a sauny.
Veľmi pestré a chutné raňajky. Moderné zariadenie.
K dispozícii bicykle bez poplatku.
Veľmi dobrý pomer cena výkon.

Potešila by chladnička, resp. varná kanvica na izbe.

Super hotel
Pros:

Alles, we zijn hier al een paar keer geweest. Nu ook sauna en gym er bij. Zeer uitgebreid assortiment met het ontbijt. En erg handig dat je gratis een fiets kunt lenen. Erg fijne fietsen. Geen oud barrel.

מלון חביב בריבה דל גרדה. התארחנו לילה אחד בדרך ממילנו לאוסטריה.
ארוחת ערב מצויינת במלון במחיר סביר.
קיבלנו אחה"צ אופניים בהשאלה ורכבנו למרכז העיר.
ארוחת בוקר נפלאה בבוקר.

Cons:

אין פינת תה וקפה בחדר.
גם פינת קפה תה בלובי לא זמינה מוקדם בבוקר למי שרוצה לשתות משהו חם לפני ארוחת בוקר.

I had a great stay and definetely would come back.
Pros:

The hotel is well located, walking distance from city center. They have a parking which is a plus! They also provide bikes which is super good specially in the summer. The pool was a bless! Very refreshing and relaxing with the nice mountain view. The staff very friendly and helpful. Many family member working, which gives a special touch. Food was great. There is an area with board games that is nice for evenings with kids. Beds are comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing I haven’t liked, everything was great but if I would suggest some improvement it would be the AC which was not cooling enough ( but I also have to say it was very hot, not usual) and to have other option of pillows ( I find it a bit to the firm side than soft).

Pros:

Готель та його власники просто чудові, відчувається що це сімейний бізнес. Територія гарна, парковка велика, басейн, сауна, джакузі

Cons:

Трошки треба пройтися до центра, але це компенсується безкоштовним велосипедом від готелю. Бракувало холодильника в номері, так як була спека на вулиці.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Lage, Frühstück, Personal top !
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Toller Empfang man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Lage super. Zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten in die Stadt. Mega Frühstücksbuffett !! Restaurant im Hotel auch sehr zu empfehlen. Abschließbare Garage für die Fahrräder.

Cons:

Das einzigste was manchmal etwas anstrengend war war der sehr volle Pool Bereich. Aber dies kann man ja umgehen.

Clean, nice views, amazing breakfast
Pros:

Nice pool, sauna and jacuzzi with great views. Amazing breakfast, varied and fresh with home made bread, jams and cookies. Room was comfortable, with AC (needed even in September at 28-30 degrees), good size but outdated. I think this is a family business, everyone was nice and helpful. The free bikes were a nice addition, it takes around 5 minutes to bike to town centre.

Cons:

The room could be updated, it has old furniture but was fully functional and clean. This may be a personal preference but even changing the window treatments would give it a more modern feel.
