You cannot find a better location in the city! A great hotel, with friendly staff, and breakfast.
Pros:

Excellent location!! I was there for the opera, and it was also the "notte bianca" when all streets are closed to traffic and there is music, vendors, and street food. The kind man at the desk parked my car for me—there were only a few spots available and very tight turns. There is a small elevator and wide stairs. The window overlooked the harbor and had an awning and shutter. The room was comfortable with AC, a mini-fridge, and lots of towels. The croissant and capuccino for breakfast were delicious. I can't say enough what a perfect location - close to shopping, the basilica, and the great walkway overlooking the port. I really appreciated the staff who were helpful and spoke great English.

Cons:

Not their fault, but it was so hot, especially in the common areas.
