No beach to walk out on

I recently stayed at this resort.. Some TLC needed to be done on the building.. Internal locks on doors, need attention.
More facilities required in rooms, for example a kettle, cups.
The pool was dirty,and unusable for the whole duration of my stay.
Some staff lack customer care. The supervisor could be heard shouting using unsavoury language to guests. Other staff members were polite but clearly disturbed by this young lady's rudeness towards the guest. Customer service training needed.

Totally ruined my holiday! I have travelled extensively and this place has been the worst overall by far. Arrived late due to delays at the airport told I could have one of two rooms downstairs even though previously told none available despite mobility issues. Also told I would not be charged for the night I missed due to medical emergency of another person on flight, charged anyway. Shown two rooms and chose the sea facing one. Receptionist struggled to work out the price but said the other receptionist would clarify the right price in the morning. Never done, just charged.
Facilities not as described, no kettle or iron in the room as standard. Tv didn’t work properly throughout my stay. Arrived Tuesday and it took until Friday and a conversation with the owner to get the basics. Bins overflowing outside for most of the two weeks. Cats drinking from the outside pool.
Asked for clarification about various things, get different answers from staff and owner about basic requests. Accommodation needs investment, visible rust around the bath, narrowly missed being shocked by socket twice.
No restaurant despite the booking site saying there is, just overpriced food service which needs to be ordered the day before. Cheaper in town. No clear identification of staff unless they are stood at reception but told to ask staff and expected to know who they are.
Several incidents of staff being rude and very unprofessional including in front of my family members.
Tried to stay out of the way of staff as they made me feel very uncomfortable in the place.
Had to sit out on the front to speak to family who came to meet me for the very first time, no privacy.
Spoke to the owner a few times to try to resolve issues and enjoy my stay, but she was very unhelpful and gave lots of excuses or reasons for things being the way they are but expected top dollar for the accommodation. A truly soul destroying experience, so disappointing. A 2star accommodation at best.

We found the location remote and as we did not have a car, It was difficult to get around. The pool area had no chairs and there was some old furniture discarded around the area. The light in the passenger way was on all night, which hindered my ability to sleep.

Nothing we didn't like it was perfect for our stay.

The road is very bad

Looks like it has seen better days. There were no daily house keeping, in fact we had to ask for toilet paper and towels twice. Bed sheets was changed on day 6. The hotel offers food but the price is about three times of what you would pay at a local restaurant or cook shop meanwhile it’s not even a full course meal and the portions are extremely small. I ordered from them once and had to go to another restaurant right after because we still hungry after paying that ridiculous price and no dessert or drinks came with it. My daughter went in the pool and had a skin reaction on her arms and thigh so it seemed like the pool did not get cleaned.

I had no cable TV and had to rely on using the Internet to watch films on my phone

No breakfast was available, the restaurant or tracks nearby the location were all closed by 8PM, so to find a place where to eat was very hard.
