طاقم استقبال محترم ما قصرو الشباب ❤️

Cons:

الدخول إلى الغرفه الساعه 3.30 انتظار مرهق ساعتين ونصف .عند الدخول انتظار الشنط نص ساعه وعند احظار الشنط تبين أنهم خطا .
وانتظر ربع ساعه إضافي .
رغم محاوله الطاقم ما قصرو أبدا ولاكن أنا جاي ارتاح من ضجيج الدنيا والستريس .

موظفة الاستقبال كاترينا شكراً الله يسعدك ♥️ دخلتني مبكر على الساعة 11:30 تقريباً . نظافة الغرفة كانت حلوه والتكييف ممتاز والمصعد ما يشتغل الا بكرت الغرفة وافهم كل شيء برسوم . أيضاً موظف التفتيش كانت جداً اخلاقه طيبه .

موظفين الاستقبال الشباب غير متعاونين أبداً يقفلها بوجهك لو الموضوع بسيط . مواقف السيارات مخدومه بس تتاخر انا مو فاضي انتظر احد يدخل سيارتي ويطلعها لي . المواقف بالشارع سيئه انت وحظك ممكن توقف اخر الشارع بمكان غير آمن . السعر مبالغ فيه على فندق اقل من عادي . قريب ال 100 دينار لليلة بدون افطار .

Dear Management Team,

I arrived 30 minutes early to prepare a birthday surprise for my husband. However, the room was still not ready when he arrived, and the surprise was completely ruined.

We then had to wait together in the lobby for another 15 minutes before receiving the room. This caused great disappointment and affected what was supposed to be a special occasion.

I stayed at this hotel last year and had a good experience. Unfortunately, this time the hygiene standards were a major disappointment. The carpet
was not clean at all, and it seemed like there was no proper supervision of the cleaning in either the rooms or the corridors.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful, but unfortunately, good service cannot make up for poor hygiene.

If someone from the management reads this review, I encourage you to inspect the condition of the carpets in the corridors and the guest rooms. Also, please check the lamp on the right side of my room—it still had what looked like leftover fries inside it. These issues give the impression that cleanliness is not being properly monitored, which is disappointing considering the positive experience I had during my previous stay.
