アメニティが充実していたこと。風呂にジェット機能がついていて長風呂するには良かった。
予約した際の部屋の間取りや外観の写真とは全然違う部屋を案内された。
2人分のキャリーケースを十分置けるのを確認して予約したのに、実際はベットが部屋のほとんどを占めて入り口に無理やり置くくらいのスペースしかなかった。
部屋の電話が繋がらず、フロントからの連絡も来なかった。
寝坊することになり延長料金を支払う羽目になりました。
This is a love hotel, where privacy and discreteness is the utmost priority for staff and other travelers. So things might feel a little off compared to other hotels (e.g., very little conversation during check-in and check-out). But its not bad, its just the way these types of hotels operate.
With that said... I stayed here for a week for vacation and it was great! For the price you pay, the room size is huge (by Tokyo hotel standards) and impeccably clean. Housekeeping is done on-request (you hang a sign outside your door). The hotel is an 8 minute walk to Ikebukuro subway station, and a 5 minute walk to the Haneda limousine bus stop. And plenty of restaurants, bars, anime things, and shopping within a 10 minute walking radius (especially near the Sunshine City Mall area). Location is also very safe. I went on plenty of neighborhood walks during daytime, nighttime, and drunktime -- and never felt unsafe, nor did I ever encounter any unsavory folks just lingering around.
Final note... there was an earlier review that said you had to return your room key to the front desk whenever you left the room. That was not the case with me. I kept my room key on me during my entire stay, and came and went whenever I pleased.

・受付の対応がとにかく悪い
・駐車場が狭すぎるし、面してる道路も狭すぎる

部屋に入ると照明がつかない
照明のスイッチを探すが何処にあるかわからない
フロントに確認すると
部屋を間違えましただと
