坐落於兩站京成電車 谷津～船橋競馬場中間的旅館，除了交通有那麼一點不方便之外（要去JR站要走15分鐘左右），幾乎沒任何缺點，有免費的飲料機且房間內免費提供的備品十分豐富
交通真的不太方便，往好處想住了五晚多走不少路強健身心
沒有洗衣機看來不太適合長期入住
