Good experience overall
Pros:

Very nice and spacious room, tasty breakfast, nice personnel and great location if you want to drive around sightseeing either by bike or a car. You can also rent a bike which is very nice and useful.

Cons:

The lack of elevator was a bit problematic (I had a lot of heavy luggage) and the parking lot could be planned a bit better (it's quite tight and if someone parks badly it gets annoying to get out of)

最高です
Pros:

スタッフの対応がとてもよく親切。部屋も広くトイレや浴室もとてもよかったし、清潔。
夕食、朝食も品数豊富で美味しく、無料駐車場もあり、とてもお得だと思う。またぜひ行きたいと思います

来年も同じ宿に投宿したい。
Pros:

スタッフのミャンマー人女性の方、お客さんに両手を合わせて挨拶をしていました。ミャンマーでは、年上の方への最敬礼の仕方です。つねに、感謝を心掛けている姿、まじめに仕事に取り組む姿、日本人スタッフが一生懸命働く姿が特によかったです。

Cons:

主要街道筋にあるのですが、外の音も気にならなかったです。よくない点を探す方が難しいです。ウェルカムコーヒーもおいしかった。

A pleasant stay near to Karuizawa.
Pros:

The staff at the hotel were very helpful and understanding when we arrived late. They even made sure we still got our dinner service. Our room was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed.

Cons:

Whilst overall the hotel was quiet, our room seemed to be near a busy corridor, and as a result, we heard footsteps late at night and early in the morning.

Pros:

受付スタッフの方達が温かくて親切。
静かで、広々とした部屋。
リビングと寝室にテレビが1台ずつもある。
朝食のパンとコーヒーがとてもおいしかった。
無料で洗濯機&乾燥機を使えるので、とても助かる。

Cons:

ペット同伴のホテルと知らなかったので、犬が結構いて驚いた。
しかもたまたまだとは思うが吠えている犬が多く、気になった。
最初からペット同伴とわかっていれば、ここを選ばなかったかもしれない。

壁はかなり薄い。
私達が泊まった時は運良く静かなお客ばかりだったので、犬の鳴き声以外は大丈夫だったが、運任せ的な感はある。
子連れがいたりすると、かなり気になるかもしれない。

それ以外はとても良い宿なので、残念。

車で来たら泊まってみよう！
Pros:

205号に宿泊、リビングと寝室が分かれていて広々とした空間、
テレビとエアコンは両方にあり。
窓からの眺めは自然、雑木林で静か。

スタッフ丁寧、親切、
到着するとエントランスには
ウエルカムコーヒーが
ポットに用意されていた。

テーブルの下をふと見ると
懐かしいけど進化したボードゲームがあり
思わず楽しんだ。

部屋にはミカドコーヒーのドリップコーヒーも用意されていて、
湯沸かしポットはコーヒーを入れるのに最適な細口のポット

オーブンレンジと冷蔵庫あり

食器もあり

トイレとお風呂は別

湯船あり、お湯が大量に出るので
すぐ湯張り完了

朝食は簡単だが、種類があり、
大変満足。
ご飯もパンもあり。

Cons:

外から入口に行くまで8段くらいの
階段あり。

部屋まではスロープ。

朝食会場は階段で一階降りるので
足の不自由な父とは来られないな、と
思った。

部屋は天井が低くなく、
リビングと寝室が短い廊下で
繋がっているせいか、
室温が低めだが、スキーのため宿泊したので極暖の上下の下着を着たら、
むしろ快適。

ポールスタンドまたは
ハンガーの量をもう少し増やしてほしい
